AAY Disposable Bed Pads 23 x 36, 100-Count — Extra-Large Super-Absorbent Waterproof Underpads

AAY 23" x 36" disposable bed pads are extra-large, six-layer underpads that lock in moisture, protect surfaces, and provide a breathable, skin-friendly barrier for babies, adults, seniors and pets.

These underpads combine a roomy 23" x 36" footprint with a high-capacity absorbent core and waterproof backing so mattresses, furniture and floors stay dry. Pre-folded for compact storage and easy handling, each pad is designed for single use and is latex-free and chemically gentle for sensitive skin. Available in multi-packs, they suit busy households, caregiving settings and pet training needs.

How do AAY underpads stop leaks during overnight use?

The pads feature six integrated layers including a rapid-absorb top sheet, an advanced superabsorbent polymer (SAP) core that turns liquid into gel, and a waterproof PE film on the bottom. Together these layers immobilize fluids quickly and prevent seepage through to bedding or furniture.

• Top sheet wicks moisture away from skin within seconds
• SAP core converts urine to gel to reduce pooling and odors
• Waterproof backing blocks liquid transfer to mattresses and chairs
• Extra-thick construction holds up to about 1400 ml of fluid

Are these underpads comfortable and safe for sensitive skin?

AAY pads are made with soft non-woven fabric on the top layer to minimize friction and irritation. They are latex-free and manufactured without harsh chemicals, providing a breathable surface that helps reduce clamminess and skin discomfort during prolonged contact.

• Soft, non-woven top layer for skin comfort
• Breathable design to lower heat and moisture buildup
• Latex- and harsh-chemical-free construction
• Single-use hygiene reduces infection risk in caregiving situations

What sizes, pack counts, and uses suit different needs?

The 23" x 36" size is versatile enough for infant changing, adult incontinence, elderly care, and pet training. Packs come in practical counts and the pads are pre-folded for easy storage and transport, so they work at home, in clinics, or during travel.

• Dimensions: 23" x 36" (60 × 90 cm) — extra large coverage
• Pack sizes: common multi-packs (e.g., 100 count) for convenience
• Use cases: bed protection, chair/sofa cover, baby changing, puppy training
• Pre-folded format for portable, on-the-go use and tidy storage

How easy are these pads to dispose of and replace?

These disposable underpads are designed for single-use convenience: remove, wrap, and discard. Their pre-folded shape and manageable size make replacing soiled pads quick and discreet, reducing caregiver time and maintaining hygiene.

• Single-use for fast cleanup and infection control
• Pre-folded for quick placement and disposal
• Compact packaging for storing multiple pads efficiently
• No laundering required — saves time and resources
