AAY Extra Large Disposable Underpads 40" x 36" - 50 Count, 2000ml Absorbency & Waterproof Backing

AAY 50 Count Extra Large Disposable Underpads are oversized, highly absorbent bed and furniture protectors measuring 40" x 36" that lock in fluid and prevent leaks with a waterproof backing and quilted top.

These disposable underpads are designed to protect mattresses, chairs and floors from spills or incontinence without needing laundering. Sized for extra coverage, each pad combines a soft, skin-friendly top layer with a high-performance polymer core and reinforced edges to contain liquid and reduce side leakage. They are suitable for overnight use, post-procedure care, pet training, and travel protection.

How much liquid can one AAY underpad hold?

Each underpad contains a super-absorbent polymer core engineered to capture and gel fluids quickly, preventing pooling and seep-through. The diamond-quilted channels direct liquid into the center so it is absorbed fast and held securely.

• Absorption capacity: up to approximately 2000 ml per pad.
• Quick-gelling polymer turns liquid into gel to reduce surface wetness.
• Diamond quilt pattern speeds liquid distribution and minimizes rewet.

Will these pads keep mattresses and furniture fully protected?

The AAY pads feature a waterproof backing that blocks liquid from passing through while the reinforced edges help stop side leaks. The backing is made to be durable and resistant to tearing so it remains protective even with movement from restless sleepers.

• Waterproof backing proven to be stronger than standard pads.
• Reinforced border prevents side seepage during heavy use.
• Oversized 40" x 36" footprint covers twin to queen mattress areas or wide seating surfaces.

Are these pads comfortable and safe for sensitive skin?

AAY underpads use a soft, non-woven quilted top sheet that feels cloth-like against skin and does not contain latex, dyes or added colorants that commonly irritate. The materials focus on comfort while minimizing the chance of allergic reaction from contact with the pad.

• Soft quilted no-woven surface for gentle contact.
• Latex-free and free from dyes and added colors.
• Designed to reduce friction and chafing for overnight wear.

In what situations are these disposable underpads most useful?

These pads are versatile for many caregiving and household needs — from adult incontinence and post-op recovery to pet training and temporary travel protection. Their large size and absorbency make them a practical choice when you want rapid cleanup and no laundry.

• Adult incontinence or overnight bed protection.
• Post-procedure or clinical transportation use.
• Pet housebreaking or travel surface protection.
