Track your order

See where your order is and what each status means.

How to track

  1. Find the email titled "Your order is on the way" — it contains the tracking number and a direct link.
  2. Not there? Check spam and promotions folders — that's where it usually hides.
  3. Still nothing? Email kelorixca@gmail.com with your order number and we resend it.

What each status means

  • Order confirmed. Payment authorized; not yet dispatched.
  • Preparing. Being packed — 1–2 business days.
  • Shipped. Carrier has it; tracking starts moving.
  • In transit. On the road. One or two quiet days between scans is normal on long hauls — Canada is big.
  • Out for delivery. Arriving that day.
  • Delivered. Signed for or left at your door.

Common situations

Tracking hasn't moved in days

Cross-country routes can go 48–72 hours between scans. Past five business days without movement, email us — we open a trace with the carrier, and if a package is lost we reship or refund.

Says "delivered" but nothing arrived

Check with neighbours, the building concierge or around side doors first — that solves most cases. If it hasn't turned up within 24 hours, email us your order number and we claim it with the carrier for you.

Nobody home at delivery

The carrier retries the next business day or leaves the package at the nearest pickup point and notifies you.

Order arrived incomplete

Multi-item orders often ship in separate packages on separate days, each with its own tracking. If something is still missing after a week, write to us.

Changing the address

We can change it any time before dispatch — email us fast with the order number and the corrected address. After dispatch, only the carrier can redirect it, directly with you, using the tracking number.
