BIGGMED Tear-Resistant Disposable Bed Pads 30" x 36" 100-Count — 6-Layer, 8-Cup Absorbency

BIGGMED 30" x 36" Tear-Resistant Disposable Bed Pads are extra-large, 6-layer underpads engineered to lock away up to 8 cups of fluid while resisting tears and protecting mattresses, furniture, and carriers.

These disposable chux pads combine a reinforced waterproof backing with a non-woven, tear-resistant membrane and a soft, latex-free top layer to keep skin dry and surfaces clean. Designed for adults, children, caregivers and pets, the 100-count pack is sized to cover beds, couches, wheelchairs and car seats for fewer changes and easier cleanup. The construction focuses on containment, comfort and odor control without added fragrances.

How do these pads stop leaks and stay intact?

The pads use a multi-layer construction that pairs a waterproof film with a sturdy non-woven tear-resistant membrane. Heat-sealed edges preserve the pad’s shape so it resists splitting or fraying during use and handling.

• Reinforced waterproof backing prevents liquid migration to underlying surfaces.
• Non-woven tear-resistant layer strengthens the pad for durability.
• Heat-sealed edges keep layers bonded and reduce edge leakage.

How much liquid can one pad absorb and control?

Each BIGGMED underpad contains advanced polymer layers and a thick fluff core engineered to capture and retain high volumes of fluid. The design quickly wicks moisture away from skin and traps it to reduce wetness and odors.

• Rated to absorb up to about eight cups of liquid per pad.
• Polymer layers lock in fluids to help prevent pooling and leaking.
• Fragrance-free construction minimizes added irritants.

Are these pads comfortable for sleeping or long rest periods?

The top sheet is soft and breathable, providing a gentle surface against the skin while the core manages moisture. With no latex and a fluff-filled interior, they balance protection with comfort for overnight use or daytime rest.

• Soft, latex-free top layer suitable for sensitive skin.
• Breathable materials reduce clamminess during extended wear.
• Extra-large 30" x 36" footprint offers better coverage for lying or sitting positions.

Where can I use these underpads beyond the bed?

These disposable pads are versatile for home and travel settings. Use them to protect sofas, recliners, car seats, pet beds and mobility equipment to simplify caregiving and reduce laundry.

• Protect mattresses, couches, chairs and wheelchair cushions.
• Handy for pets, potty training, travel and post-operative recovery.
• 100-count packaging reduces frequent restocking for caregivers or facilities.
