NIIMBOT M2 2-inch Thermal Transfer Label Printer — Blue, Bluetooth & Waterproof Durable Labels

The NIIMBOT M2 is a compact 2-inch thermal transfer label printer that creates long-lasting, waterproof labels from your phone or PC via Bluetooth or cable.

Compact and built for durability, the NIIMBOT M2 uses thermal transfer upgrade technology at 300 DPI to produce sharp, fade-resistant labels that stand up to water, oil, alcohol, abrasion and extreme temperatures. It ships with a 50×30mm label roll and a black ribbon, supports color ribbons for decorative prints, and connects to the NIIMBOT app for fast editing and batch printing from multiple devices.

How does the M2 make labels more durable than typical thermal printers?

The M2 relies on thermal transfer technology rather than direct thermal paper. That means a ribbon transfers ink to the label substrate, producing prints that resist fading, smudging and environmental damage for longer-term storage and outdoor use.

• 300 DPI resolution for crisp text and barcodes.
• Waterproof, oil-proof and alcohol-proof output when used with compatible ribbons and labels.
• Scratch- and wear-resistant prints suitable for inventory, tools or outdoors.
• Stable performance across high and low temperatures.

What editing and connectivity options does it offer?

The M2 pairs with the NIIMBOT app over Bluetooth and supports up to 10 phones simultaneously (3 iOS, 7 Android). For more advanced layouts, you can connect the printer to a computer via data cable (driver required) to import Excel, images, barcodes and other content.

• NIIMBOT app templates for labels, icons, tables, logos, QR codes and barcodes.
• Batch printing for identical or varied labels to speed up production.
• Voice recognition, image import and Excel insertion features in the app.
• PC connection for driver-based editing and larger print jobs.

Which label sizes and consumables does the M2 support?

The M2 prints between 20 mm and 50 mm wide and intelligently recognizes the installed consumable to optimize print density and rewind. It includes a roll of 50×30mm labels and a black ribbon; color ribbons are optional for decorative or color-coded labeling.

• Compatible only with NIIMBOT M2-series thermal transfer label rolls.
• Standard B1/B2/B21 thermal labels are not compatible.
• One ribbon can print roughly three rolls of supplied label paper.
• Automatic paper rewind and proofreading to reduce waste.

How will it fit into my workflow and what tasks is it best for?

The M2 is designed for small business, home organization and professional settings requiring durable labels. Its combination of mobile editing, batch printing and robust output makes it well-suited to inventories, product tags, laboratory samples, refrigeration labeling and jewelry or essential-oil organization.

• Fast labeling for office filing, storage and asset tagging.
• Durable tags for garages, refrigerated goods and outdoor equipment.
• Clear, scannable barcodes and QR codes for small-business inventory.
• Creative sticker designs using color ribbons and the app templates.

Who is this for: The NIIMBOT M2 is ideal for small-business owners, lab and clinic staff needing durable, long-lasting labels, crafters and organizers who want higher-quality prints, and anyone who values mobile-first editing or PC integration. Choose the M2 when you need a portable, professional labeler that manages demanding environments and supports batch production without frequent label replacement.
