Rongta RP425 Bluetooth Thermal 4x6 Label Printer — Compact, Fast Shipping Printer (Wireless, USB-C)

The Rongta RP425 is a compact, direct-thermal 4x6 label printer that wirelessly prints shipping and warehouse labels from phones, tablets, and computers without ink.

Designed for small businesses, e-commerce sellers, and busy shipping stations, the RP425 combines fast output, plug-and-play convenience, and multi-device Bluetooth connectivity in a space-saving chassis. It accepts standard 4x6 labels, detects label size automatically, and prints at up to 127 mm/s (about 60 labels per minute), so you can keep parcels moving without ink cartridges or complex setup.

How quickly will the RP425 handle my daily shipping volume?

The RP425 prints at up to 127 mm/s (approximately 60 standard 4x6 labels per minute), making it suitable for small to medium shipping loads. Thermal printing eliminates drying time and reduces steps between label generation and application.

• Print speed: up to 127 mm/s (60 labels/minute)
• Direct thermal: no ink, toner, or ribbons required
• Automatic label feeding and detection for faster workflows

What devices and platforms can I print from?

RP425 supports Bluetooth and USB connections for mobile and desktop printing. It works with iOS and Android apps, Windows and Mac drivers, and major e-commerce/shipping platforms—Chrome OS requires the matching extension for Bluetooth pairing.

• Mobile: iOS and Android via the "RONGTA" app
• Desktop: Windows (XP–11), macOS, and Chrome OS support
• Connectivity: Bluetooth multi-device pairing and USB Type-C cable

How easy is it to set up and maintain in a small workspace?

Setup is straightforward: download the RONGTA app or drivers, pair by Bluetooth or plug in the Type-C cable, then choose RP4xx in your printer list. The unit is compact and lightweight so it fits on shelves or crowded packing tables.

• Includes: RP425 printer, user manual, instruction card, Type-C adapter
• Compact footprint: 3.26 × 2.56 × 7.08 inches and 1.25 lb
• Automatic label detection supports widths from 0.98" to 4.37"

Can multiple users connect at the same time and what are the limits?

The RP425 supports simultaneous pairing with up to three devices, so phones and computers can stay connected. Avoid triggering the exact same print job from multiple devices at once to prevent data conflicts.

• Multi-device Bluetooth pairing (up to three devices)
• Print jobs should be triggered from a single device at a time
• Note: Intel-based Apple laptops do not support Bluetooth pairing for this model

Who this is for: The Rongta RP425 is built for small businesses, home-based sellers, warehouse counters, and multi-operator packing stations that need an affordable, reliable 4x6 thermal label printer. If you want a fast, low-maintenance printer that works across phones, tablets, and computers—and fits on a crowded desk—the RP425 delivers straightforward setup, automatic label handling, and the wireless flexibility required for modern shipping workflows.
