NIIMBOT Thermal Label Rolls for D11/D110 — 12×40mm White Adhesive, Water- and Oil-Resistant

NIIMBOT D11 D110 0.47"×1.57" (12×40mm) thermal label rolls are pre-sized, self-adhesive white tags made for D11 and D110 printers that print clearly without ink and stick reliably to many surfaces.

These label rolls are designed to work seamlessly with NIIMBOT D11 and D110 label makers, using thermal printing so you don’t need ink or ribbon. Each roll is compact and durable — the paper is treated for water and oil resistance and resists tearing and fading. A built-in sensor sticker on the roll enables the printer to detect the label template automatically; avoid removing that sticker to keep print accuracy.

How durable are these 12×40mm labels for everyday use?

The labels are manufactured with a coated thermal paper that holds up to daily handling. They resist water, oils, and normal abrasion so text stays legible on packages, folders, and storage bins.

• Water-resistant thermal paper that prevents smudging
• Oil-resistant surface for kitchen and garage use
• Tear-resistant construction for reliable handling
• Fade-resistant printing for long-term legibility

Will these labels stick to different materials and textures?

Yes — the adhesive layer is formulated to bond with a wide variety of surfaces. From smooth glass to corrugated cardboard, these labels adhere firmly while remaining easy to apply from the roll.

• Works on plastics, PVC, and coated papers
• Adhesive suitable for wood, metal, and ceramics
• Reliable on corrugated boxes and envelopes
• Good performance on kraft paper and book covers

How simple is it to use these rolls with a NIIMBOT D11 or D110?

Installation and printing are straightforward — the printer recognizes the roll’s template via a sensor sticker so layouts and margins align automatically. Because they use thermal printing, there’s no need for ink cartridges or ribbons, reducing maintenance.

• Automatic template detection for correct layout
• Thermal printing eliminates ink and ribbon replacements
• Compact roll size fits D11 and D110 printers directly
• Clear, high-contrast black text output every time

Are there any handling tips I should know before using the tape?

To maintain printing quality, do not remove or damage the small sensor sticker fixed to the side of the roll, as it guides the printer’s alignment. Store spare rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and print clarity.

• Do not peel off the sensor sticker on the roll
• Store rolls in a dry, shaded environment
• Keep rolls away from high heat to avoid paper degradation
• Handle the roll edge carefully to prevent tearing
