Cesun Automatic Bathroom Trash Can 2.6 Gallon White — Touchless Infrared Sensor, Slim Profile

Cesun's 2.6-gallon automatic bathroom trash can is a compact, touchless waste bin with infrared sensing, a snug-sealing lid, and a removable bag-fix ring designed for tight spaces.

This sleek white Cesun trash can combines hands-free operation with a slim footprint so you can place it beside sinks, vanities, or between fixtures without sacrificing odor control or neat appearance. The infrared sensor opens the lid automatically when it detects motion, then closes after a five-second countdown. A removable inner ring secures liners and hides excess bag material for a cleaner look, and the tight-fitting lid helps contain smells and keep bathrooms fresh.

How does the automatic sensor work and stay hygienic?

The built-in infrared sensor detects a hand or object above the lid and lifts it without contact; the lid stays open while the sensor is engaged and closes automatically when you move away. This touchless operation minimizes surface contact and helps keep the bin and surrounding area cleaner.

• Infrared motion sensing opens the lid instantly when detecting movement.
• Five-second countdown closes the lid after you remove your hand.
• Green indicator light shows active sensing and lid-open status.
• Push-button option allows manual open/close when preferred.

Will this fit in tight bathroom spaces and small rooms?

Yes — the Cesun unit is slim and vertically designed to make the most of narrow gaps near toilets, sinks, or cabinets. Its compact 2.6-gallon capacity balances usable volume with a small footprint so it won't crowd a compact powder room.

• Vertical slim shape fits narrow gaps and corners.
• 2.6-gallon capacity suitable for small households and bathrooms.
• Lid footprint optimized to reduce visual bulk while maximizing interior space.
• Lightweight construction makes it easy to reposition as needed.

How does the Cesun lid control odors and keep bags tidy?

The lid seals closely to the can’s rim to reduce air exchange and help contain odors between visits. Inside, a removable bag-fix ring secures the liner, hides excess bag material, and keeps the interior looking tidy without loose edges.

• Close-fitting lid reduces odor escape and visible trash exposure.
• Removable inner ring locks standard liners in place for neat edges.
• Smooth interior surfaces are easier to wipe clean and maintain.
• White finish resists visual staining and matches most bathroom decor.

What power does it need and how do I use the controls?

The Cesun automatic trash can runs on two AA batteries (not included) and features both motion-based automatic mode and a manual push-button. The green sensing light indicates when the sensor is active and the lid will remain open until the sensor stops detecting motion and the five-second countdown finishes.

• Requires 2 AA batteries, housed in an easy-access compartment.
• Automatic infrared mode for touchless use; manual button for override.
• Indicator light confirms sensor activation and lid status.
• Simple maintenance: wipe exterior and remove inner ring to clean interior.

Who is this for? The Cesun 2.6-gallon automatic trash can is ideal for anyone who needs a compact, hands-free waste solution in bathrooms, powder rooms, RVs, dorms, or tight utility spaces. It suits households that want to reduce contact with surfaces, improve hygiene, and keep small rooms looking organized without sacrificing odor control. The simple battery power and manual override make it practical for users who prefer low-maintenance smart functionality without complicated installation.
