Utopia Bedding Waterproof Zippered Mattress Protector Queen — 12" Deep Pocket, Bed-Bug & Allergen Barrier

Utopia Bedding Waterproof Zippered Mattress Protector in Queen size is a fully encasing, bed bug–resistant and spill-proof cover with a 12" deep pocket that secures around mattresses 60" x 80" for all-night protection and comfort.

This zippered mattress encasement marries practical defense with a quiet, soft sleeping surface. Crafted from a smooth, knitted fabric, the protector blocks liquids, dust mites and bed bugs while remaining breathable so heat doesn't build up. Its full-coverage zipper closure and generous 12-inch deep pocket make installation straightforward and keep the cover firmly in place on most standard and pillow-top queen mattresses.

How does this protector prevent bed bugs and allergens from reaching my mattress?

The secure zippered design creates a continuous barrier, closing off seams and edges where pests and dust mites normally enter. The fabric and zipper work together to limit access, while the full encasement reduces trapped allergens on the mattress surface.

• Complete encasement with full-length zipper to seal mattress
• Tightly woven knitted fabric that resists dust mites and bed bugs
• Zipper flap or cover (where applicable) to protect the zipper area

Will this protector keep liquids and stains off my mattress without overheating me?

Yes — the protector features a waterproof layer underneath a soft, smooth knit top that blocks spills and stains while preserving breathability. The outer fabric is designed to be quiet and comfortable so you won’t hear crinkling sounds when you move.

• Waterproof inner membrane repels urine, sweat, and accidental spills
• Soft knitted surface for a comfortable, noise-free sleep
• Breathable construction to help maintain airflow and reduce heat buildup

How easy is it to fit, clean, and maintain the queen-size protector?

Fitting is simple: the 12" deep pocket accommodates most queen mattresses, including many pillow-top and hybrid styles, and the zip closure keeps the cover taut. Maintenance is practical — the protector is machine washable so routine care is quick and fuss-free.

• Fits mattresses 60" x 80" with up to 12" depth
• Durable zipper for repeated use and secure fit
• Machine washable for easy cleaning and regular upkeep

What materials and features make this a durable long-term choice?

High-quality knitted fabric on the surface provides a smooth, pleasant touch while the internal waterproof layer offers reliable protection from fluids. Reinforced stitching and a robust zipper extend longevity so the protector continues to perform through regular washing and use.

• Premium smooth knit surface for comfort and durability
• Waterproof backing that resists wear and liquids
