Eyoyo EYH2 USB Handheld Barcode Scanner — Wired 1D/2D Reader, Rugged ABS, Plug-and-Play

Eyoyo EYH2 is a wired handheld barcode scanner that reads both 1D and 2D codes quickly for POS, inventory and mobile-wallet scanning.

The EYH2 combines a durable, ergonomic housing with a plug-and-play USB connection so small businesses, retailers, libraries and warehouses can scan barcodes from labels or phone screens without installing drivers. Built to tolerate everyday drops and long use, this scanner supports common barcode formats, configurable input behavior, and quiet operation when needed.

How does the EYH2 speed up checkout and inventory tasks?

This scanner reduces transaction time by delivering rapid, reliable reads and continuous readiness. With near-instant decoding of popular 1D and 2D formats, it shortens queues and lowers scanning errors that slow staff down.

• High-read reliability for EAN/UPC, Code 39/128 and QR, PDF417 and DataMatrix.
• Fast trigger response and continuous-operation design for long shifts.
• Compatibility with point-of-sale and inventory software like Excel and QuickBooks.

Will it work with my computer, tablet or smartphone screens?

Yes — the EYH2 supports screen scanning so you can read digital coupons, e-tickets and mobile wallets. For best results, increase the phone screen brightness and hold the barcode steady during the scan.

• Reads QR codes, PDF417 and other 2D barcodes displayed on phones or tablets.
• USB plug-and-play connection works with Windows, macOS, Android and Linux.
• Not compatible with some square POS registers and certain very small or blurry 2D barcodes.

How rugged and user-friendly is the design?

The EYH2 housing uses impact-resistant ABS and is engineered to survive routine drops up to about 1.5 meters. Ergonomic grip, adjustable beep volume, and configurable input settings make it comfortable and adaptable for busy environments.

• Durable ABS shell resists repeated drops and daily wear.
• Mute option for quiet locations and audible feedback for noisy areas.
• Program custom prefixes, suffixes and key events like TAB or Enter.

Which barcode types and business uses does it support?

The scanner decodes a wide range of linear and matrix codes used in retail, logistics and administration. It’s suitable for POS checkout, stock checks, library lending, ticket validation and other barcode-driven workflows.

• 1D support: EAN, UPC, Code 39/93/128, Interleaved 2 of 5, GS1 Databar and more.
• 2D support: QR, DataMatrix, PDF417 and many standard matrix formats.
• Common applications: supermarkets, convenience stores, warehouses, libraries and pharmacies.
