Rugged yet lightweight, the BALEINE document box aims to simplify emergency grab-and-go protection without bulky hardware.

How does this fireproof bag protect documents from heat and water?

The case is constructed from silicone fiberglass that stands up to extreme temperatures and has been tested to resist flames up to 2200°F with recognized safety ratings. Dual waterproof zippers form a tight seal to keep out rain, spills and damp storage conditions, helping preserve important papers and digital media.

• Silicone fiberglass shell resists very high temperatures.
• SGS-tested to a UL94 VTM-0 level for flame performance.
• Dual waterproof zippers prevent moisture ingress.
• Dust-resistant exterior helps maintain document condition.

Can I secure the contents and carry it easily during an emergency?

The box includes a built-in combination lock so you can set a personal code and avoid keeping keys. A reinforced handle and an adjustable luggage strap allow quick retrieval and hands-free attachment to suitcases or backpacks when evacuating or traveling.

• Integrated combination lock eliminates need for keys.
• Reinforced carry handle for fast grab-and-go use.
• Luggage strap secures the bag to external baggage handles.
• Compact 15" x 11" x 4" size fits standard document dimensions.

How does the internal organization keep items tidy and protected?

Inside, the BALEINE document box offers multiple dedicated pockets and retention features so small items stay put. Mesh pockets, card slots and elastic straps prevent shifting during transit and make it simple to separate IDs, memory drives and certificates.

• Large main compartment for deeds, folders, and cash.
• Twelve mesh compartments for smaller paperwork and receipts.
• Sixteen card slots and four U-disk pockets for media and cards.
• Elastic straps hold fragile or loose items securely in place.

What maintenance or storage tips keep the bag effective over time?

Store the bag in a cool, dry location when not in use and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve materials and zippers. Periodically check the combination lock and zipper seals; cleaning the exterior with a damp cloth removes dust without harming the fireproof fabric.

• Keep folded, dry, and out of direct UV for long-term storage.
• Wipe exterior with a damp cloth—no harsh chemicals.
• Regularly exercise the lock and zippers to ensure smooth operation.
• Do not overload beyond recommended dimensions for best performance.
