Bukumo Small Home Safe 6.69" Compact Steel Security Box with Keypad & Fireproof Waterproof Bag

Bukumo's compact 6.69" small safe is a space-saving steel security box with keypad, key backup, anchoring holes, an alarm, and an included fireproof waterproof bag for protecting cash, documents, and jewelry.

This small safe is designed for apartments, shared homes, and tight storage spots where full-size safes won't fit. Measuring 10.63" W x 6.69" D x 6.69" H (0.3 cubic feet), it balances compact dimensions with practical security features: solid-steel construction, dual lock bolts, a three-way opening system (digital keypad, physical keys, and external backup power), and an internal mounting option to anchor the unit out of sight. A 60-second audible alarm activates after three incorrect code attempts to deter unauthorized access, and the package includes a fireproof, waterproof bag for added protection of sensitive items.

How does this safe fit into small spaces and hidden storage?

The Bukumo small safe was built for limited spaces—shelves, closets, bedside cabinets, and drawers. Its low profile allows discreet placement without drawing attention, while pre-drilled anchor points enable secure attachment inside furniture or to a wall.

• Dimensions: 10.63" W x 6.69" D x 6.69" H — fits narrow shelves and drawers
• 0.3 cubic foot interior for cash, passports, jewelry, and small electronics
• Reserved holes for concealed anchoring to reduce theft-by-carry risk
• Matte finish that blends with home décor to avoid detection

What security features protect my belongings from theft attempts?

The safe combines a steel shell and embedded door design with two solid lock bolts for basic physical resistance. An integrated alarm triggers after three consecutive wrong PIN entries to discourage tampering, and you can mute the alarm for discreet access when needed.

• Two steel lock bolts and reinforced door frame for greater mechanical strength
• Alarm system: activates 60 seconds after three incorrect codes
• Mute mode available for quiet access in shared living situations
• Included spare keys for emergency access if you forget your code

How do I open it if the battery dies or I forget the code?

Bukumo provides three unlocking options so you're not locked out: a digital keypad for everyday use, two physical backup keys included in the box, and an external battery terminal to power the lock if internal batteries fail. This redundancy minimizes the chance of permanent lockout.

• Digital keypad for quick, keyless entry
• Two spare mechanical keys included for emergency override
• External battery case port to supply power if onboard batteries run out

What level of environmental protection does the safe provide?

The metal box is primarily designed for theft deterrence and physical protection; it is not a fully fireproof safe. To reduce damage from heat and water, the package includes a fireproof and waterproof bag that protects documents and small valuables better than loose storage would.

• Safe itself is steel-built but not rated as fireproof
• Included fireproof waterproof bag offers added protection for papers and small items
• Combine anchoring and the included bag to defend against common household risks

Who this is for: The Bukumo 6.69" small safe is ideal for renters, students, Airbnb hosts, and anyone living in shared or space-constrained housing who wants a compact, affordable way to protect passports, cash, jewelry, small electronics, and important papers. It’s best for users who need a blend of concealment, basic mechanical security, an audible deterrent for unauthorized access, and redundancy in opening methods rather than commercial-grade fire or high-security vault protection.
