Zulay Kitchen Rotary Cheese Grater Manual Hand Crank – Black & Chrome, 5 Interchangeable Blades, Suction Base

The Zulay Kitchen Rotary Cheese Grater is a manual hand-crank shredder with five interchangeable stainless-steel blades for grating, slicing, and julienning a wide range of foods quickly and safely.

Whether you want freshly grated Parmesan, uniformly sliced vegetables, or finely shredded nuts, this compact kitchen tool speeds prep without electric power. Built from food-grade, BPA-free materials and finished in black and chrome, the unit combines a heavy-duty suction base, a transparent angled barrel to reduce clogging, and a storage box to keep blades and parts organized. The five blades snap in and out for versatile results, and a food pusher helps protect your hands while loading the hopper.

How does the hand crank save time compared with grating by hand?

Turning the ergonomic handle rotates the drum so you can grate continuously with less wrist strain than box graters. The design processes blocks of cheese and vegetables much faster and more uniformly, cutting prep time especially for recipes that need large quantities.

• Rotary action reduces repetitive motion compared to manual scraping.
• Designed for both left- and right-handed use for effortless rotation.
• Five blades cover fine to coarse shredding and multiple slicing styles.

What safety features prevent cuts and mess?

This grater keeps sharp components tucked inside the drum and uses a food pusher so your fingers never touch the cutting edges during operation. The strong suction base locks the unit in place to stop slipping, and the transparent barrel helps you monitor the feed without exposing blades.

• Easy-install blade system minimizes direct blade handling.
• Included food pusher adds distance between hands and blades.
• Suction base secures the grater to smooth, dry surfaces during use.

Which foods can I prepare with the five blades?

The set includes drums for coarse and fine grating, julienne cuts, wavy slicing, and a coarse shred—making it useful for many kitchen tasks beyond cheese. From hard cheeses to softer blocks, and from root vegetables to cookies and nuts, you get consistent, professional-looking results.

• Fine and coarse shredding for hard and semi-soft cheeses.
• Julienne and wavy blades for uniform vegetable slices and garnishes.
• Suitable for nuts, chocolate, cookies, potatoes, zucchinis, and more.

How easy is it to clean and store the grater?

Most of the components that contact food — the hopper and drums — are dishwasher safe for quick cleanup. Non-washable parts wipe clean, and a compact storage box keeps the drums, handle, and pusher together so the unit takes up minimal cabinet space.

• Dishwasher-safe drums and hopper for hassle-free cleaning.
• Wipe-clean handle, base, and food pusher to maintain the finish.
• Compact storage box organizes parts and protects blades when not in use.
