ZICOTO's Decorative File Organizer Box Set of 2 is a collapsible, linen-covered filing solution that stores hanging files, paperwork and supplies while staying portable, stackable and dust-protected.

Bring order to home offices, living rooms and study nooks with these versatile fold-flat file boxes. Each box measures approximately 15.4 x 12.4 x 10 inches and is built with reinforced bottoms, metal handles, a matching linen lid and rails that accept hanging files or letter/legal folders. The neutral ivory linen finish keeps documents out of sight and adds a polished look to shelves, closets or desktops.

How much paper and what file sizes will fit inside?

Each box is sized to accept both letter and legal filing setups—use it for standard folders, hanging files on the included rails, or loose paperwork. The internal volume comfortably holds a stack of folders or archives without bulging.

• Outer dimensions: ~15.4 x 12.4 x 10 inches.
• Fits letter-size folders and can be arranged for legal-size files.
• Includes two metal rails for hanging-file rails or standard folder placement.

Can I move and stack these boxes easily?

Yes—the reinforced base and built-in metal handles make lifting simple, even when filled. The boxes are designed to stack securely on shelves or in closets for compact vertical storage.

• Metal handles for easy carrying and repositioning.
• Flat-top lids allow multiple boxes to be stacked.
• Stable reinforced bottom prevents sagging under weight.

What happens when I don’t need them—are they easy to store?

When not in use, each unit folds flat for space-saving storage, making them ideal for seasonal paperwork or moving between rooms. The collapsible design keeps unopened boxes tidy and lightweight for long-term storage.

• Quick fold-flat mechanism reduces depth for compact shelving.
• Linen exterior resists surface dirt and wipes clean easily.
• Lids keep dust off stored items; note lids may not fully close with hanging files installed.

What else can these boxes hold beyond paperwork?

They’re multipurpose containers for household organization—store photos, kids’ toys, crafts, seasonal clothing or books with a neat, uniform look. The decorative linen cover helps boxes double as shelf décor while keeping contents concealed.

• Ideal for toys, photos, craft supplies, or folded garments.
• Neutral ivory linen complements modern and traditional interiors.
• Useful in living rooms, bedrooms, nurseries and utility closets.
