ZICOTO Decorative Collapsible Linen File Organizer Boxes, Set of 2 — Stackable, Fits Letter & Legal

ZICOTO's set of two collapsible linen file boxes is a portable, stackable storage solution made to hold hanging files, folders, and office essentials while keeping them dust-free.

These decorative file organizer boxes measure about 15.4 x 12.4 x 10 inches each and combine a linen exterior, reinforced bottoms, and a matching lid to deliver durable, attractive storage. They include built-in handles, card slots for labeling, and two internal rails that accept hanging files. When full, the lids help protect paperwork from dust; when empty, the boxes fold flat for compact storage. The neutral ivory finish is designed to fit modern home offices, living rooms, or closets without clashing with decor.

How much paperwork and what file sizes will fit inside?

Each box is large enough for standard letter-size and legal-size folders when arranged properly on the included rails. Expect room for dozens of documents, depending on folder thickness and whether you store hanging files or loose stacks.

• Approximate exterior footprint: 15.4 x 12.4 x 10 inches.
• Includes two interior rails for hanging files and smooth file sliding.
• Works with letter-size and many legal-size hanging folders (measure before use).
• Reinforced bottom supports heavier stacks without sagging.

Can I move and stack these boxes easily around the house?

The ZICOTO boxes have reinforced handles and a stable base so you can carry and stack them safely. Their lightweight fabric construction keeps the weight down when empty, and the lid design makes stacked arrangements look tidy on shelves or in closets.

• Built-in handles for one- or two-handed transport.
• Flat, stable tops for neat stacking on shelves or in storage cubbies.
• Durable linen exterior resists scuffs and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
• Matching lids reduce dust exposure when the boxes are stacked or placed open.

What makes these boxes collapsible and durable at the same time?

The boxes use a fold-flat design with reinforced panels that lock into place when open, giving them structural strength without permanent bulk. When you don’t need them, the panels fold down so the set can slide under a bed or into a closet shelf.

• Reinforced bottom panel prevents sagging under heavy loads.
• Folding sides collapse flat for compact storage.
• Linen-covered exterior offers an appealing look and easy cleaning.
• Card slots allow for quick identification of contents without removing lids.

Will the lid close if I use hanging files?

The lid will protect most items, but when hanging files are fully extended the lid may not sit completely flush. For maximum dust protection, use shorter file tabs or remove the lid while accessing files.

• Lid keeps dust off when files are lowered or not fully extended.
• Design balances accessibility with protection—ideal for frequently used documents.
• Removeable lid simplifies access during active filing sessions.
• Card slots on the front help identify contents without opening the box.

Who is this for? If you want a stylish, practical way to tame paperwork in a home office, dorm room, or family space, the ZICOTO collapsible linen file box set works well. It suits anyone who needs portable storage for documents, schoolwork, photos, craft supplies, or small household items, and values a neutral, modern look. Use them as a primary filing solution or pair them with existing shelving to keep folders tidy, labeled, and protected.
