Zep Neutral pH Industrial Floor Cleaner 1 Gallon Concentrated No-Rinse — Preserves Finishes

Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner is a concentrated, no-rinse formula designed to clean and maintain a wide range of water-tolerant floors while preserving finish and shine. Zep’s Neutral pH Industrial Floor Cleaner (ZUNEUT128) is a professional-grade, concentrated solution formulated for routine cleaning of vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete, natural stone, marble, granite, rubber, and ceramic tile. Because it maintains a neutral pH, it removes dirt and grime without stripping floor finishes or dulling polish, making it a practical choice for facilities that need consistent results with minimal downtime.

How does this cleaner protect floor finishes while cleaning?

The neutral pH formulation avoids aggressive alkalinity or acidity that can dissolve or haze protective sealers and polishes. It lifts soil and residues effectively but does not require heavy mechanical abrasion, reducing wear on finishes over time.

• Neutral pH avoids stripping or etching common floor finishes
• No-rinse formula reduces rinsing-related finish damage
• Safe for polished and sealed surfaces when used as directed

Which surfaces can I safely use it on?

This cleaner is appropriate for a broad set of water-tolerant floors including VCT, sealed natural stone, marble, granite, rubber, tile and sealed concrete. Always test an inconspicuous area before full application to confirm compatibility with specialty surfaces.

• Vinyl composition tile (VCT) and resilient flooring
• Sealed natural stone, marble and granite
• Sealed concrete, rubber floors, and ceramic tile

What application methods work best with Zep Neutral PH?

Use this concentrated cleaner with a mop and bucket, an auto-scrubber, or manual scrub methods depending on floor size and soil level. Follow mixing directions for correct dilution and always sweep/vacuum before wet cleaning for best results.

• Mop-and-bucket for routine maintenance and small areas
• Automatic scrubbers for large facilities and higher traffic zones
• Spot cleaning with diluted solution for localized soils

How do I mix and use the product safely?

Begin by sweeping and vacuuming to remove loose debris. Dilute according to recommended ratios, apply with mop or scrubber, and allow to dry; rinsing is typically unnecessary. Review label instructions and test in an inconspicuous spot before full application.

• Sweep and vacuum prior to wet cleaning to avoid abrasive grit
• Mix concentrated formula per label directions for desired traffic
• Use automatic scrubber or mop; no-rinse in most routine cases

Who is this for? This 1-gallon concentrated cleaner (sold in a pack of four) is intended for facility managers, janitorial services, property maintenance teams, and anyone responsible for cleaning high-traffic commercial or institutional floors. It’s especially useful where preserving polish and protective coatings matters—schools, hospitals, retail spaces, offices, and warehouses benefit from the balance of effective soil removal and finish protection. Pair with Zep floor strippers, sealers, and polishes for a complete maintenance program that extends floor life and appearance.
