Zep Mold & Mildew Stain Remover — Case of 2 (1 Gal Bottles), Industrial‑Strength No‑Scrub Bleach

Zep Mold Stain & Mildew Stain Remover is a ready-to-use, industrial-strength bleach cleaner that dissolves mold and mildew stains on unpainted surfaces without scrubbing.

Designed for professional and heavy-duty home use, this Zep two-gallon case (two 1-gallon bottles) combines a concentrated, bleach-based formula with a no-scrub ready mix so you can remove visible stain buildup from toilets, sinks, ceramic tile, grout, fiberglass and porcelain quickly. It works indoors and outdoors on unpainted surfaces and is formulated to whiten and restore the appearance of affected areas while minimizing elbow grease.

How quickly does this product remove visible mold and mildew stains?

The industrial-strength bleach formula is made to break down stains fast; in many cases, discoloration softens and lifts shortly after application, cutting down cleaning time. Performance varies with stain age and porosity of the surface, but the ready-to-use mix eliminates the need to create dilutions.

• Works on fresh and older surface stains without pre-mixing.
• Visible whitening on fiberglass, porcelain, tile and grout.
• Speeds up cleanup compared with manual scrubbing alone.

What surfaces can I safely use it on, and what should I avoid?

Use Zep Mold & Mildew Stain Remover on unpainted, non-porous surfaces such as ceramic tile, porcelain, fiberglass and many grout types. Avoid use on painted surfaces, colored grout with uncertain dye stability, natural stone, and other finishes sensitive to bleach; always test a small hidden area first.

• Recommended: porcelain, ceramic tile, fiberglass, toilet bowls and sinks.
• Not recommended: painted surfaces, natural stone, metals that can corrode.
• Always perform a spot test before full application.

How do I apply it for best results and safety?

Apply directly to the stained area and allow dwell time so the formula can work; most stains will lighten without vigorous scrubbing. Use gloves and ensure good ventilation—bleach-based cleaners release fumes—then rinse thoroughly after treatment to remove residue.

• Apply undiluted to stain, let sit according to label directions, then rinse.
• Wear gloves and eye protection; ventilate enclosed spaces.
• Do not mix with ammonia or other household chemicals.

How does the case of two 1-gallon bottles benefit regular maintenance?

Buying the case gives you extended supply and consistent product performance for multiple rooms or larger jobs, cutting refill frequency and per-use cost. It’s convenient for maintenance schedules in rental properties, multi-bath homes, or small commercial spaces where recurring mold and mildew stains occur.

• Two 1-gallon bottles provide long-lasting supply for repeated treatments.
• Consistent formula across uses avoids dilution errors.
• Good value for property managers, cleaning crews, and busy households.
