Zeerun Adjustable Neoprene Weighted Vest 10LB - Comfortable, Low-Bounce Training Vest for HIIT & Walking

The Zeerun Weighted Vest is an adjustable, neoprene training vest available in 6–30 lb options that adds safe, evenly distributed resistance to walks, HIIT, and strength workouts.

Engineered from skin-friendly neoprene with reinforced seams and thick shoulder pads, this vest is built to stay comfortable while you raise workout intensity. Its modular weight choices let beginners and seasoned athletes scale resistance gradually; an elastic sideband and adjustable buckle secure a close, non-bouncing fit for dynamic movements.

How does the Zeerun vest improve everyday training?

Adding external weight increases the overall load your body moves during routine exercises, turning low-impact activities like walking and bodyweight circuits into more demanding sessions. Because the vest distributes weight across the torso, it increases exertion without changing movement patterns.

• Even weight balance reduces localized strain on shoulders and spine.
• Neoprene construction stays comfortable for longer sessions.
• Multiple weight options let you progress gradually.

Will it stay put during running, burpees, or fast interval sets?

The Zeerun vest uses an elastic sideband, adjustable buckle, and thickened shoulder pads to minimize bounce and shifting during high-intensity moves. Double-stitched seams and internal sealing keep the weight components secure throughout vigorous training.

• Elastic side panels hug your torso to reduce movement.
• Thicker shoulder pads spread pressure for better comfort.
• Reinforced stitching prevents tearing during dynamic exercise.

How do I choose the right weight and progress safely?

Zeerun offers eight weight configurations from 6 lb to 30 lb so you can increase load in small increments as strength and endurance improve. Start with a lighter option to master form, then step up gradually to avoid overloading joints and maintain controlled technique.

• Begin with 6–10 lb for walking and beginner bodyweight drills.
• Move to 12–18 lb for regular strength sessions and intense cardio.
• Reserve 24–30 lb for experienced lifters and advanced conditioning.

How do I care for and maintain the vest?

The neoprene shell wipes clean and resists sweat penetration thanks to its internal sealing. Routine spot cleaning and air drying after workouts extend the vest’s lifespan and keep the materials performing as intended.

• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap after heavy use.
• Air-dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight.
• Store uncompressed so the neoprene retains shape.

Who is this for: The Zeerun Weighted Vest suits walkers, runners, cross-trainers, and bodyweight athletes who want a simple way to increase resistance without changing their routine. It’s also practical for rehab-conscious trainers who prefer distributed loading over single-point weights; pick a lighter vest for beginners and scale up as technique and capacity improve.
