YZ Gym Timer Clock — Large LED Fitness Stopwatch & Countdown (Black, 10.4" x 3") with Remote and Wired Button

YZ Gym Timer Clock is a portable, large-LED digital timer that combines stopwatch, countdown, interval, and 12/24-hour clock functions for workouts, classes, and timed activities.

This compact, versatile fitness clock is built to sit on a shelf, mount on a wall, or travel in a gym bag while delivering a bright, easy-to-read display and multiple control options. It supports countdown and count-up timing, interval sequences with prep time, a millisecond-accurate stopwatch mode, and both wired button and remote operation. The five brightness levels and 40-foot visibility ensure the digits remain legible in most indoor and outdoor settings, while the slim 10.4" x 3" x 1" housing makes it simple to move between spaces.

How does the YZ timer help structure interval workouts?

The timer provides preset and customizable interval sequences that keep rounds, rest periods, and warm-ups consistent. Use the preparation countdown to signal the start, then run repeated work/rest cycles automatically or manually with the wired button.

• Interval mode supports repeated sets with configurable work and rest durations
• 3/5/10 second prep options to get ready before a round begins
• External wired button extends up to ~200 inches for remote start/stop/reset
• Remote control offers full function access without approaching the device

What makes the display easy to read during classes or outdoor sessions?

The YZ clock uses oversized LED numerals with five brightness settings so you can tailor visibility to daylight or dim studio lighting. Its advertised 40-foot visual range helps instructors and athletes monitor time at a glance across gyms, parks, or multipurpose rooms.

• Large digits designed for long-distance readability (approx. 40 ft)
• Five-level brightness adjustment for day or night use
• Clear seconds display for precise interval timing
• 12/24-hour clock and alarm modes for everyday scheduling

How can I control the timer during sessions—does it work hands-free?

Yes. The YZ timer supports three control methods: front panel buttons, an external wired button, and an infrared remote. The external button is ideal for hands-free operation during workouts; it lets a coach or athlete start, pause, continue, and reset the timer without touching the main unit.

• External wired button extends up to 200 inches for remote control
• Infrared remote provides full-function control from a distance
• Front-panel controls for quick local adjustments
• Stopwatch accuracy to milliseconds for timing drills and sprints

How portable and adaptable is this clock for different spaces?

The slim footprint and lightweight construction make the clock easy to move between home gyms, studios, garages, and outdoor training areas. It accepts common USB power sources such as power banks, enabling mobile setups away from mains power, and can also be wall-mounted with included screw points.

• Compact size 10.4" x 3" x 1" fits gym bags and shelves
• USB-power compatible — works with power banks for off-grid use
• Mounting holes allow wall installation as a digital wall clock
• Multi-scenario utility: workouts, classes, study sessions, games, cooking

Who is this for? The YZ Gym Timer Clock is aimed at coaches, personal trainers, home gym owners, group class instructors, and anyone who needs a reliable, visible timing solution. It suits people running HIIT, circuit training, timed drills, bootcamps, or structured study and work sessions who want clear digits, flexible control options, and easy portability without complex setup.
