Yupik Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds Shelled Pepitas 2.2 lb — Unsalted, Vegan

Yupik Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds are unshelled, raw pepitas that deliver crunchy, savory flavor and plant-based protein for snacking, baking, and topping.

These sage-green, shelled pumpkin seeds come raw and unsalted to preserve their pure, toasty taste and natural nutrients. Packaged in a generous 2.2 lb (35.2 oz) bag, these pepitas are certified organic, gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, and suitable for vegan diets. They work equally well straight from the bag, sprinkled over salads and oatmeal, or folded into granola, energy bars and baked goods.

What makes Yupik raw pumpkin seeds different from roasted or salted seeds?

Because these pepitas are sold raw and unsalted, they retain their natural oils and neutral flavor, which lets you control seasoning and cooking methods. Leaving them unroasted preserves delicate nutrients and offers a milder, less bitter bite than some roasted varieties.

• Unsalted and unroasted to keep natural flavor and texture
• Neutral taste that adapts to sweet or savory recipes
• Raw form ideal for sprouting, dehydrating, or custom roasting
• Bulk 2.2 lb bag for frequent bakers and meal-prep

How can I use these shelled pepitas in everyday cooking?

Yupik pepitas are a versatile pantry ingredient—toss them on yogurt or cereal, blend into pesto or sauces, or add crunch to salads and grain bowls. Because they are unsalted, you can incorporate them into both sweet and savory dishes without altering overall sodium.

• Sprinkle on oatmeal, yogurt, or smoothie bowls for texture
• Stir into granola, trail mix, or homemade energy bars
• Use as a topping for soups, roasted vegetables, or avocado toast
• Grind into seed butter or add to baking batters and crusts

Are these pumpkin seeds suitable for special diets?

Yes—Yupik Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds are certified organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher, making them compatible with many dietary needs. They’re plant-based and free from animal ingredients, so they fit vegetarian and vegan meal plans.

• Certified organic and non-GMO for ingredient transparency
• Gluten-free and kosher certifications for restricted diets
• Vegan friendly and free from dairy, eggs, or shellfish
• Unsalted option helps manage sodium intake

How should I store and portion a 2.2 lb bag for freshness?

To maintain crunch and flavor, keep the seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and transfer to an airtight container after opening. Refrigeration or freezing extends shelf life—especially useful for bulk packaging—while small resealable bags help portion servings for recipes or snacks.

• Store unopened in a cool, dry pantry location
• Use airtight jars or resealable bags after opening
• Refrigerate or freeze for longer-term storage
• Measure portions into snack-size bags for grab-and-go use

Who is this for: Yupik Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds suit home cooks, bakers, and snackers who want a neutral, unsalted pepita for flexible use. Choose this 2.2 lb bag if you make granola, trail mix or meal prep regularly, prefer clean-label certified ingredients, or need a bulk, plant-based topping for everyday meals.
