YUPEZOP 4" Heavy-Duty Caster Wheels Set of 4 with Brake — 2,200 lb Capacity, Polyurethane Tread

YUPEZOP 4-inch caster wheels are a heavy-duty set of four swivel casters with individual brakes, engineered to support up to 2,200–2,400 lb total while protecting floors and rolling smoothly.

These industrial-style casters combine reinforced steel housings, polyurethane tread, and sealed bearings to move heavy benches, carts, dollies, and workstations with less effort and minimal floor damage. Each caster includes a dual-action brake that locks both the wheel and the swivel, plus a full hardware kit to simplify installation.

How strong are these casters and what loads can they handle?

YUPEZOP’s 4-inch casters are built with thickened steel plates and double-support bearings to provide reliable load-bearing performance. Rated so each wheel carries roughly 550 lb, the set of four supports about 2,200 lb overall under evenly distributed load conditions.

• Thickened steel housing and top plate for structural stability
• Double-support bearings to reduce wobble under load
• Approx. 550 lb capacity per wheel, ~2,200 lb per set

What safety features do the brakes and swivel locks provide?

Each caster has an independent brake that simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel mechanism, preventing both rotation and pivoting when engaged. This keeps equipment stationary during loading, unloading, or when parked on slight inclines.

• Dual-action brake locks wheel and swivel at the same time
• Brake lever designed for quick foot operation and secure hold
• Reduces unintended movement during use or while stationary

Will these wheels protect my floors and roll quietly indoors?

The wheels use premium polyurethane treads that deliver a quiet, smooth roll and resist scuffs and marks on most indoor flooring types. A dust-proof ring helps shield the ball bearings from debris, prolonging bearing life and keeping rolling resistance low.

• Polyurethane tread resists wear and avoids floor marring
• Quiet gliding action for noise-sensitive environments
• Dust-proof bearing ring reduces contamination and friction

How easy is installation and what comes in the hardware kit?

YUPEZOP includes a full set of fasteners and simple tools to speed installation for most common mounting configurations. The kit accommodates household and shop projects without needing separate purchases.

• Complete fittings: screws, washers, bolts, nuts included
• Tools in package: wrench and screwdriver for immediate mounting
• Pre-drilled mounting plate standard size for easy retrofit

Who is this for: These casters suit DIYers, fabricators, shop owners, and anyone upgrading heavy furniture, workbenches, carts, or dollies who needs rugged load capacity, floor-friendly rolling, and positive braking. If you move or reposition heavy gear regularly and want durable hardware with straightforward installation, the YUPEZOP 4-inch heavy duty caster set is designed for that use.
