Young Nails Nail Protein Bond Non-Acid Bonding Primer 0.25 oz — Strong Adhesion for Gel & Acrylic

Young Nails Nail Protein Bond is a non-acid bonding primer that creates a tacky, protein-linked surface to secure gel, acrylic, and gel polish without corrosive chemicals.

Made for technicians and at-home users who want reliable adhesion without harsh acid-based primers, this 0.25 oz bottle uses a proprietary polymer to interact with the nail's keratin and increase surface hold. It replaces corrosive primers while remaining simple to apply, helping nail enhancements last longer and resist lifting when used as part of a proper prep routine.

How does this product improve adhesion compared with acid primers?

Instead of etching the nail with acids, this formulation bonds to the nail’s protein to create a stickier surface. That reduces the risk of chemical damage while still providing a strong anchor for overlays and polish.

• Non-acid formula prevents corrosive nail etching.
• Proprietary polymer links to keratin for mechanical grip.
• Designed to reduce lifting of gel, acrylic, and gel polish.

When and how should I apply Protein Bond during nail prep?

Use Protein Bond after nail cleansing, light buffing, and removing dust from the nail plate. Apply a thin, even layer and allow it to air dry briefly before continuing with gel, acrylic base, or polish application.

• Clean and dehydrate nails first for best adhesion.
• Brush on a thin coat — avoid pooling near cuticles.
• Proceed with product application once tackiness is present.

Is this suitable for gel, acrylic, and gel polish systems?

Yes — Protein Bond was formulated to serve as a universal anchor for multiple enhancement systems. It provides a base that compatible gels, acrylics, and gel polishes can adhere to more securely.

• Works with soft gels, hard gels, and soak-off systems.
• Compatible with monomer/acrylic powder applications.
• Helps gel polish last longer when used in proper prep.

How much product is in the bottle and who will it suit?

The 0.25 oz size is compact but concentrated, offering multiple applications for both professionals and home users. Its small footprint fits in a salon kit or home manicure station and is convenient for travel or mobile services.

• 0.25 oz (around 7.4 mL) container for repeated uses.
• Compact shape for easy storage and transport.
• Economical for technicians who perform many services.

Who is this for: Nail professionals seeking a reliable, non-corrosive adhesion solution and at-home enthusiasts who prefer gentler primers will both benefit. If you want stronger bonding for gel, acrylic, or gel polish with minimal risk of chemical damage during prep, Young Nails Nail Protein Bond is formulated to provide a stable, sticky foundation without acid-based ingredients.
