YOTO Make Your Own Cards — 5 Blank Audio Cards for Kids, 6-Hour Recording, Sticker Pack

Yoto Make Your Own Cards are five writable audio cards that let kids and families record stories, messages, songs and more to play on Yoto devices.

These blank audio cards expand the Yoto Player and Yoto Mini experience by letting you add personalised, screen-free sound content. Each card accepts up to six hours of recorded audio, and the pack includes sticker sheets so children can label and decorate their creations. You can control playback with the dials on a Yoto device or remotely using the free Yoto App.

How do I record a message onto a Yoto Make Your Own Card?

Recording is simple: insert a blank card into a compatible Yoto Player or use the Yoto App to capture audio and write it to the card. Files made on the mobile app sync to the card or can be recorded directly from family members' voices via connected devices.

• Insert card into Yoto Player or Mini to begin recording/playback.
• Record through the Yoto App for remote voice uploads and edits.
• Each card stores up to 6 hours of audio — ideal for long stories or playlists.

Which devices work with these blank audiobook cards?

The blank cards are built for the Yoto Player family, including the original Yoto Player and Yoto Mini. Pop a card in to play immediately, and remove it to stop. Volume and track selection are managed on-device with tactile dials, or from the Yoto App.

• Compatible with Yoto Player and Yoto Mini (sold separately).
• Works with the free Yoto App for remote control and uploads.
• No internet required to listen once a card is loaded with audio.

What can we put on these cards for kids?

You can record anything family-friendly: voices, bedtime stories, songs, recipes, activity prompts, or even themed playlists. The cards encourage creativity and help preserve personal audio memories that children can return to without screens or subscriptions.

• Personal recordings from relatives — great for long-distance connections.
• Custom bedtime stories, songs, and learning activities.
• Playlists, soundscapes, or audio reminders for routines and games.

How do parents stay in control of content and safety?

Yoto devices are designed with child-appropriate use in mind: there are no built-in cameras, no ads, and parental controls available through the app. You decide what gets recorded and when, and you can manage playback and limits from your phone.

• No ads or in-device cameras for safe listening environments.
• Parental control options via the free Yoto App for content and scheduling.
• Approved, curated Yoto content also available alongside your custom cards.
