YONTUO Rear Bike Rack with Fender — Large Reflective Aluminum Cargo Rack, 115 lb Capacity

Lightweight aluminum rear bike rack with built-in fender and oversized reflector for safe, secure cargo carrying on most bicycles.

Upgrade your commuter or touring bike with a durable, adjustable luggage rack designed to keep panniers dry, gear stable and you visible after dark. Crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy, this rack balances low weight with a 115 lb load capacity, and includes corrosion-resistant hardware, enlarged side wings to protect bags, and an adjustable top platform and support rods to fit a wide range of frames.

How does this rack hold heavy loads without weighing the bike down?

The YONTUO rack uses hardened aluminum alloy tubing that keeps the overall weight low while providing a stiff platform for cargo. Smart engineering spreads load forces through telescoping support rods and a reinforced top deck so that bulky items stay stable under acceleration and on rough surfaces.

• High-strength aluminum alloy construction for a high strength-to-weight ratio.
• Engineered support rods distribute weight to the frame, reducing flex.
• Rated to carry up to 115 pounds when correctly installed.

Will the rack fit my bike and my panniers?

This cargo rack includes adjustable elements to accommodate many frame sizes and pannier setups. The top platform extends between 16" and 18" in length, while the side supports telescope from 11" to 15.75", allowing precise positioning to match seat-tube height and diameter.

• Top deck adjustable from 16" to 18" to suit different bag footprints.
• Telescoping side rods adjust from 11" to 15.75" for height and reach.
• Recommended seat tube clearance: at least 2" height and 0.85–1.3" diameter.

How does the rack protect my gear and improve night visibility?

Two practical features reduce damage and increase safety. Enlarged side wings keep panniers away from spokes and prevent rubbing, while a large rear reflector boosts visibility to motorists in low light. The rack also ships with a removable fender to shield bags and clothes from road spray and mud.

• Wide side wings prevent panniers from contacting the wheel or spokes.
• Large reflective panel increases rear visibility after dark.
• Adjustable, removable fender keeps cargo and rider cleaner in wet conditions.

How reliable is the mounting hardware on rough rides?

All fasteners are stainless steel and paired with anti-loosening, shock-absorbing nuts to resist vibration and corrosion. That means fewer checks between rides and less chance of hardware failure from exposure to rain or bumpy terrain.

• Stainless steel screws resist rust for long-term outdoor use.
• Anti-loosening nuts reduce the need for frequent retightening.
• Shock-proof fittings help keep the rack stable on uneven roads.

Who is this for? The YONTUO Rear Bike Rack with Fender & Large Reflective is ideal for daily commuters, light tourers and anyone who carries groceries, gear or panniers and needs a durable, adjustable solution. It’s especially useful if you want a balance of high load capacity and low added weight, plus nighttime visibility and splash protection for wet-weather riding.
