YETI ICE Sheet Refreezable Cooler Ice Pack, Large — Thin Impact‑Resistant Panel for Soft Coolers

The YETI ICE Sheet Large is a refreezable, impact-resistant cooling panel engineered to replace loose ice and keep food and drinks chilled inside soft coolers and lunch bags without messy meltwater.

Built to fit YETI Hopper soft coolers and Daytrip bags, the THIN ICE design delivers powerful cooling in a low-profile form factor. It freezes faster than bulkier blocks and eliminates the need to drain puddles when your ice melts. Rugged construction withstands knocks and repeated use, making it a practical replacement for disposable ice.

How does this thin ice panel keep contents cold without loose ice?

The refreezable sheet concentrates cold across a broad surface to cool items by conduction instead of relying on melting water. Because it stays solid and sealed, there’s no runoff to mop up and no soggy packaging to worry about. The design pairs especially well with insulated bags that rely on close contact between cold surfaces and stored items.

• Large sheet spreads cold evenly across the cooler interior for efficient chilling
• Sealed refreezable gel means no puddles or drain tasks after use
• Low-profile shape replaces loose cubes while preserving usable storage volume
• Compatible with Hopper series and Daytrip lunch bags and boxes for a snug fit

What makes the YETI THIN ICE more durable than ordinary ice packs?

The sheet uses impact-resistant materials engineered to endure drops, tumbles, and repeated freezing cycles without splitting open. Reinforced sealing and a sturdy outer jacket resist punctures and abrasion that normally shorten an ice pack’s life. It’s designed for rugged outdoor use as well as everyday carry-inside soft coolers.

• Durable construction resists wear from outdoor activities
• Seam strength prevents leaks after many freeze/thaw cycles
• Engineered to handle knocks and bumps during transport

How quickly does the sheet freeze and return to service?

The THIN ICE profile reduces freeze time compared with traditional thick ice blocks, so you can cycle it back into service sooner. Its tailored shape and reduced thickness help the core gel solidify faster in standard freezers. That means less downtime between uses for weekend trips or daily lunches.

• Thin design shortens freeze cycles in home freezers
• Ready for repeated daily use when frozen overnight
• Ideal for quick turnarounds between outings or workdays

How do I use and store the refreezable ice sheet safely?

Freeze the sheet flat, then insert it into your cooler against the items you want chilled or lay it across the top to conserve space. After use, simply return it to the freezer—no draining necessary. Clean the exterior with mild soap and water if it gets dirty before refreezing.

• Freeze flat for best performance and faster solidification
• Position against food or beverages for direct cooling contact
• Wipe clean with soap and water; air dry before refreezing

Who this is for: The YETI ICE Sheet Large suits outdoor enthusiasts, commuters, and anyone using Hopper soft coolers or Daytrip bags who wants dependable cooling without wet messes. It’s a practical choice for day trips, work lunches, tailgates, and weekend overnights when you need durable, fast-freezing cold that won’t take up excessive space or create cleanup work.
