Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husk Fiber Powder, 12 oz – Vegan, Non-GMO Bulk-Forming Fiber

This 12-ounce bottle from Yerba Prima contains pure psyllium whole husks with no added sugars, artificial flavors, binders, or fillers. The powder is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free, formulated to mix with liquid and absorb water quickly to add bulk. It’s intended as a convenient way to add soluble fiber to your routine when taken as directed, with a large glass of water following ingestion.

How do I use psyllium husk in my daily routine?

Mix one serving of Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husk with a glass of juice or water and drink it immediately, then follow with a large glass of water. The husk absorbs liquid rapidly, so it must be consumed right away to avoid thickening in the cup. Start with the suggested serving size and adjust gradually to let your body adapt.

• Suggested: mix, drink immediately, then drink an additional full glass of water.
• Can be taken with or without meals, once or twice daily per personal needs.
• Begin with smaller amounts if you’re new to high-fiber supplements.
• Store the bottle in a cool, dry place; keep the lid tightly closed.

What makes this psyllium different from other fiber powders?

Yerba Prima offers whole husk psyllium that’s single-ingredient and free from added sweeteners, binders, and artificial colors. That simplicity reduces the chance of unwanted additives and keeps the product focused on providing soluble fiber. It’s also labeled non-GMO and gluten-free for consumers watching those attributes.

• Pure psyllium whole husks — no fillers or unnecessary ingredients.
• No added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or flavors.
• Non-GMO and gluten-free formulation for broader dietary compatibility.
• 12-ounce bottle size suited for regular use.

How should I measure benefits and safety when taking psyllium?

Psyllium provides bulk-forming soluble fiber that can be an easy way to increase daily fiber intake. Monitor how your body responds, drink adequate fluids, and consider spreading intake across the day. If you have a chronic health condition or take prescription medications, consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

• Track your daily fiber intake to avoid sudden large increases.
• Always consume with plenty of water to prevent thickening in the throat.
• Check interactions or concerns with a healthcare provider if on medications.
• Adjust serving frequency to match your personal tolerance and needs.

How long will one 12 oz bottle last and how should I store it?

Longevity depends on your serving size and frequency; typical use may last several weeks. Keep the container sealed and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve quality. Use the product within the recommended timeframe on the label for best results.

• Exact servings per bottle vary by personal dose; check label for serving weight.
• Store in a cool, dry cabinet; avoid humid areas like above the stove.
• Reseal the cap after each use to maintain freshness and prevent clumping.
