Yankee Candle Macintosh 22oz Large Jar Fall Scented Candle — Crisp Apple & Subtle Clove, Up to 150-Hour Burn

Yankee Candle Macintosh 22oz Large Jar is a long-burning fall fragrance candle that fills rooms with crisp apple, green notes, and a hint of clove for up to 150 hours.

Enjoy a familiar autumn aroma crafted with a premium plant-wax blend and a natural-fiber wick for a cleaner, more consistent burn. Poured in the USA using high-quality materials, this large jar is designed to deliver steady fragrance from the first light to the last melt, while minimizing soot and tunneling. The Macintosh scent evokes the bright first bite of an orchard apple, balanced with green top notes and a subtle clove finish to keep the profile warm but not overpowering.

How does Macintosh capture that fresh apple aroma?

The scent composition layers crisp apple and green notes on top, with apple peel accents that add realism and brightness. A restrained clove base provides depth and a touch of seasonal warmth without masking the fruitiness. This balanced blend aims to recreate the sensation of fresh-picked apples rather than a sugary candy scent.

• Top: green notes and apple peel for bright freshness
• Heart: crisp Macintosh apple character
• Base: subtle clove for gentle warmth and complexity

What makes the 22oz Large Jar better for long use?

The 22oz jar holds a larger wax pool to sustain even fragrance release across many burns, extending usable life up to around 150 hours. The natural-fiber wick and premium plant-wax blend are formulated to reduce soot and tunneling, helping you get an even melt and reliable scent throw throughout the candle’s lifespan.

How should I burn this large jar to get the best results?

For optimal performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt to the jar’s edge on the first use to prevent tunneling. Burn in a draft-free area and follow safety guidance on the label for unattended flames. Proper care preserves fragrance quality and extends the candle’s effective life.

• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting
• First burn: let wax pool reach the jar’s edge
• Place on heat-resistant surface away from drafts
