WORMSKING Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae for Chickens 5LB resealable pack — high-protein, additive-free supplement

WORMSKING 5LB Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae are a nutrient-dense, additive-free protein snack designed to support poultry, aviary birds, reptiles and small animals.

These dried black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) come in a 5-pound resealable pack and deliver concentrated protein, calcium and other nutrients in a convenient, shelf-stable form. They offer a palatable, natural supplement you can sprinkle over feed, use as a training reward, or add during molting periods to support feather regrowth and general vitality. The product is intended for animal use only and should be stored dry for up to two years.

How will these larvae fit into my birds’ daily feeding routine?

Use the dried larvae as a high-protein snack or mixer to enrich standard feed. They can be offered in measured amounts to avoid overfeeding and to preserve balanced nutrition from regular feedstuffs.

• Mix a small handful into daily feed or scatter for foraging stimulation.
• Offer as an occasional treat — adjust based on flock size and age.
• Crush or chop pieces for very young chicks to make them easier to eat.

Will WORMSKING larvae help during molting or feather regrowth?

The larvae provide concentrated protein and minerals that support the body’s natural feather replacement processes. Including them in the diet during molt may help birds re-grow feathers more quickly while maintaining energy levels.

• Increase portion sizes temporarily during heavy molt periods.
• Combine with balanced layer feed for laying hens to maintain egg production.
• Continue normal feeding once feathering stabilizes.

Are these larvae safe and easy to store?

WORMSKING BSFL are dried and free from additives, giving them a long shelf life when kept dry. The 5-pound pack simplifies bulk storage for small farms and hobby keepers alike.

• Resealable packaging keeps contents dry and fresh between uses.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for up to two years.
• Clearly labeled for animal consumption only — not for humans.

What other animals benefit from these dried black soldier fly larvae?

Beyond chickens, many insect-eating species respond well to BSFL as an occasional protein boost. They’re suitable for reptiles, small mammals and pond fish when used as part of a varied diet.

• Good as treats or supplemental feed for reptiles and amphibians.
• Accepted by many small mammals such as hamsters and hedgehogs.
• Used as live-food alternative for insectivorous fish and carnivorous plants.
