Wolistsa Curtain Rods 36-91 Inch Adjustable 1" Black Telescoping Heavy-Duty Rod with Matte Finish

Wolistsa 1-inch black telescoping curtain rod that adjusts from 36 to 91 inches and supports up to 33 lbs for a clean, modern window treatment.

Update your windows with a single, sturdy solution: this Wolistsa curtain rod is a matte-black, heavy-duty metal pole with an adjustable spliced-and-telescopic design that fits small to large openings. Built from thicker carbon steel and finished with a smooth baked-on paint, it moves easily with grommet or ring curtains and includes all mounting hardware for a straightforward setup. The minimal round finials provide a contemporary accent that blends with many décor styles, from modern apartments to farmhouse kitchens.

How do I pick the right rod length for my window?

Measure the full window assembly (frame to frame), not just the glass, and decide how much overlap you want on each side for light control and visual balance. A good rule of thumb is to add 4–12 inches to the window width so curtains can stack off the glass and let more light in when open.

• Measure window frame width first, then add 4–12 inches total (2–6 inches per side).
• Rod extends 36–91 inches; fits windows approximately 30–84 inches wide.
• Choose longer extension for thicker fabrics or larger curtain returns.

Will this rod handle heavy curtains or layered treatments?

This Wolistsa pole is engineered from carbon steel with a 1" diameter and a thicker wall for improved load capacity up to 33 lbs, so it outperforms many thinner metal rods. For layered or very heavy drapes, use the included center support bracket or install an additional middle bracket to reduce deflection.

• Material: carbon steel core with 0.8 mm wall thickness for strength.
• Load capacity: rated to hold approximately 33 lbs when properly mounted.
• Use middle support or extra brackets for very wide spans or heavy fabrics.

Which curtain styles work with this rod and how smoothly will they hang?

The tube’s baked-paint surface is smooth and low-friction, so grommet, ring, rod-pocket, and back-tab curtains slide easily. Its 1" diameter is compatible with most standard rings and grommets while still offering enough girth for a substantial look.

• Compatible with grommet, ring, rod-pocket, and tab-top curtains.
• Matte baked finish reduces snagging and eases opening/closing.
• Round finials give a subtle decorative touch without overwhelming the fabric.

How simple is installation and what comes in the box?

The package includes brackets, screws, drywall anchors and step-by-step instructions so you can mount the rod in a few easy steps. The spliced telescoping design simplifies length adjustments; you cut or remove a fixed section if you need a shorter overall length.

• Included: two end brackets, mounting screws, drywall anchors, and instructions.
• Telescopic and spliced sections let you set the exact needed length without special tools.
• Easy daily maintenance: wipe clean and remove curtains for laundering when needed.

It’s ideal for anyone seeking a stronger-than-average metal pole for medium-weight drapes, people updating multiple rooms with a consistent matte-black aesthetic, or DIYers who prefer quick installation with complete hardware included.
