Waterdrop Alkaline Water Filter PF-AL for Pitchers & Dispensers — Raises pH, Adds Minerals

Waterdrop PF-AL is a genuine alkaline and mineral replacement filter designed for Waterdrop pitchers and dispensers to raise pH, add trace minerals, and reduce common contaminants.

Whether you use a Waterdrop pitcher or a dispenser, the PF-AL filter is built as a direct replacement to restore filtration performance while introducing alkaline-enhancing media and mineral additives. It’s compatible with a wide range of Waterdrop pitcher and dispenser models and combines multi-stage filtration with targeted mineral infusion to change ordinary tap water into water with a higher pH and added trace elements.

Which Waterdrop models work with the PF-AL filter?

The PF-AL is engineered to fit all standard Waterdrop pitcher and dispenser filtration systems listed by the manufacturer. It replaces the factory cartridge in many popular models so you can maintain a continuous supply of filtered, alkaline water without buying a new pitcher.

• Compatible with WD-WFD-22, WD-WFD-40, WD-WFD-40-L models
• Fits pitcher lines WD-PT-07, WD-PT-05, WD-PT-05-L, and WD-PT-04
• Also compatible with larger dispensers WD-PT-61 and WD-PT-72
• Drop-in replacement: no special adapters required

How does this filter change my water’s quality and taste?

The PF-AL uses a six-stage filtration approach to reduce chlorine, taste and odor, and certain heavy metals, while adding minerals that can raise pH into an alkaline range. The result is water with a smoother mouthfeel and a different flavor profile that many users prefer for beverages like coffee and tea.

• Multi-stage filtration reduces chlorine, odor, and select metals
• Mineral media adds calcium, magnesium, zinc, and trace elements
• pH enhancement brings water into an approximate 8.0–9.5 range depending on source water
• Smoother taste can reduce perceived acidity in brewed coffee

What performance can I expect — flow rate and lifespan?

The PF-AL is intended for everyday pitcher use with an emphasis on steady flow and reasonable lifespan. It’s engineered for fast filtration so you won’t wait long for filled pitchers, and it delivers expected service capacity under typical household conditions.

• Fast flow rate around 0.3 gallons per minute for quick filling
• Designed to produce over 100 gallons of filtered alkaline water under normal use
• Direct-filter construction minimizes retained water in the reservoir
• Replace according to your local water quality and usage habits

What are the filter’s materials and safety notes?

The PF-AL combines activated carbon fiber and mineral-infused media to balance adsorption and mineral addition. Materials are selected to maximize adsorption capacity while delivering the added minerals; users should follow manufacturer guidance for installation and replacement intervals.

• Uses activated carbon fiber (ACF) for high adsorption efficiency
• Includes mineral beads for calcium, magnesium, and trace elements
• Manufactured to fit Waterdrop pitcher sealing and flow specifications
• Follow local guidance for water testing if you have specific health concerns

Who this is for: The Waterdrop PF-AL replacement filter is aimed at households that want a direct-fit cartridge for Waterdrop pitchers or dispensers, prefer a higher pH and added minerals in their drinking water, and value quick fill times with improved taste. It’s suitable for people who routinely brew coffee or tea and want a smoother flavor profile, or anyone looking to maintain their Waterdrop system with a genuine replacement filter.
