Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides + Biotin, Unflavored 11.4 oz — 20 g Grass-Fed Collagen for Hair Support

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides + Biotin is an unflavored daily powder formulated to support the appearance and strength of hair while delivering 20 g of grass-fed collagen per serving.

This unflavored formula blends hydrolyzed collagen peptides with a targeted biotin complex to nourish hair from the inside out and make it easy to add to coffee, smoothies, or water. Packaged in an 11.4 oz tub, it’s designed for convenient daily use and mixes without altering taste or texture. The product emphasizes clean sourcing—collagen from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine—and pairs that base with Lustriva biotin ingredients to address hair quality and manageability.

How should I use this powder in my daily routine?

Take one serving daily to maintain a steady supply of collagen and biotin. The unflavored powder dissolves in most beverages and warm or cold recipes, so it fits seamlessly into morning beverages or post-workout shakes.

• Serving size: mix 3 tablespoons with about 8 oz of your preferred liquid.
• Blend into coffee, tea, smoothies, or plain water—no flavor added.
• One serving provides 20 g hydrolyzed collagen peptides per the product formula.
• Recommended: use one Vital Proteins product serving per day for simple routine compliance.

What ingredients are included and why do they matter?

The formula combines high-dose collagen peptides with a specialized biotin complex called Lustriva designed to support hair quality and manageability. Ingredients focus on bioavailable collagen protein plus micronutrients associated with hair appearance rather than cosmetic topicals.

• Grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine hydrolyzed collagen peptides as the primary protein source.
• Lustriva biotin complex to provide targeted B-vitamin support for hair appearance.
• Unflavored formulation for neutral taste and versatile mixing.
• Free from strong flavorings or additives that would change the beverage profile.

How soon might I notice changes and what should I expect?

Results vary by individual, but consistent daily use supports hair appearance and quality over time. Improvements in hair manageability, texture, or perceived fullness typically develop gradually with ongoing use alongside a balanced diet and hair care routine.

• Gradual improvements are expected with regular daily intake rather than immediate effects.
• Supports hair quality and appearance rather than an instant cosmetic fix.
• Complementary to a healthy lifestyle—adequate nutrition and gentle hair care improve outcomes.
• If you have specific concerns, consult a qualified professional for personalized advice.

Is this product suitable for different diets and hair types?

The unflavored collagen powder is designed to be flexible for many dietary patterns and compatible with all hair types. Because it’s a protein-based supplement, it integrates into vegetarian-excluding diets but is not vegan due to bovine-sourced collagen.

• Suitable for most hair types seeking improved texture or appearance.
• Not vegan or vegetarian—collagen is sourced from grass-fed bovine.
• Works with low-sugar or low-carb beverage choices; mixes well in hot or cold liquids.
• Check ingredient list and consult healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

Who is this for: Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides + Biotin is aimed at anyone wanting a simple, unflavored daily protein supplement that supports hair appearance and overall protein intake. It’s a practical option for people who prefer neutral-tasting powders that blend into everyday drinks, those focused on hair manageability and texture, and individuals seeking a grass-fed collagen source paired with a targeted biotin complex. If you prefer plant-based or vegan supplements, consider alternatives that do not use bovine collagen.
