Veterinary Formula Anal Gland Soft Chews for Dogs 60 ct — Pork Flavor, Daily Digestive & Stool Support

Veterinary Formula Smart Vitality Anal Gland Soft Chews are daily pork-flavored supplements designed to support healthy stool quality and gut balance to help natural anal gland expression in dogs.

Many dogs show signs like scooting, excessive licking, or soft stools when their digestion is out of balance. These veterinarian-formulated soft chews combine fiber, prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive-support botanicals to help promote firmer stools and a more comfortable digestive system. Made in the USA in a cGMP-compliant facility and carrying the NASC Quality Seal, they’re intended as an everyday, easy-to-give option to support your pet’s routine digestive health.

How do these chews help with scooting and anal gland comfort?

Firm, well-formed stools can put gentle pressure on the anal glands during elimination, which helps the glands empty naturally. These chews supply soluble fiber and other digestive supports to encourage consistent stool quality without topical treatments or messy applications.

• Pumpkin powder adds natural fiber to help normalize stool consistency.
• Prebiotic agave inulin nourishes beneficial gut bacteria for ongoing digestive support.
• Probiotics help balance the gut microbiome that influences stool formation.

What ingredients are in the formula and why were they chosen?

The recipe blends dietary fiber, botanical extracts, and live cultures chosen to support digestion and stool quality. Each ingredient plays a specific role—fiber firms stools, ginger supports digestive comfort, and prebiotics and probiotics promote a healthy gut environment.

• Pumpkin powder for soluble fiber and gentle bulk.
• Ginger extract to support comfortable digestion after meals.
• Agave inulin as a natural prebiotic to feed good bacteria.
• Added probiotics to help maintain digestive balance.

How do I give these chews and are they safe for daily use?

The chews are pork-flavored and designed for daily administration as part of a feeding routine. Because they are formulated by veterinarians and produced in a cGMP-compliant facility with the NASC Quality Seal, they’re intended for regular use; follow the label directions or consult your veterinarian for personalized dosing.

• Tasty pork flavor makes them easy to offer as a treat or with meals.
• No powders, sprays, or pastes—clean, mess-free application.
• Made without artificial flavors or preservatives for straightforward daily use.

When will I see improvement and what should I monitor?

Individual responses vary, but owners typically track stool consistency, frequency of scooting or licking, and overall comfort over a few weeks. Use the chews consistently and review changes with your veterinarian if you don’t notice improvement or if other symptoms appear.

• Watch for firmer, well-formed stools during bathroom breaks.
• Monitor reductions in scooting, licking, or straining behaviors.
• Contact your vet if symptoms persist or if new concerns arise.
