UTTU Cervical Memory Foam Neck Pillow – Queen Adjustable Sandwich Core, Cooling Contour

UTTU Cervical Pillow is an adjustable memory-foam neck pillow engineered to support natural spinal alignment and customizable loft for side, back, and stomach sleepers.

This pillow combines UTTU DYNAMIC FOAM with a removable sandwich-style core so you can tailor height and contour to your sleep position. The design balances pressure relief, consistent firmness in varying temperatures, and breathable cover fabric that is machine washable. Dimensions in queen size (23.6" × 13.8" × 5.2"/4.5") aim to suit a wide range of body types and sleeping habits while keeping the profile compact enough for travel or multi-pillow setups.

How does the adjustable loft help my neck during sleep?

The UTTU Cervical Pillow offers layered construction so you can change the height and contour quickly. Removing or reorienting the middle layer creates lower or higher neck support, enabling a more neutral spine whether you lie on your back, side, or stomach.

• Original high/low contours: 5.2" high and 4.5" low.
• After removing the middle layer: 4.0" high and 3.2" low.
• Contour shape supports natural cervical curvature for varied sleepers.
• Simple modular adjustment—no tools required.

Will this pillow stay comfortable in cold or warm rooms?

UTTU DYNAMIC FOAM is formulated to keep a consistent feel across temperature changes, so it doesn't become excessively firm in cold environments. The breathable outer cover also promotes airflow to help moderate surface temperature throughout the night.

• Temperature-stable memory foam maintains even firmness year-round.
• Highly breathable fabric cover reduces heat buildup.
• Cover is machine washable for easy care and freshness.

Which sleeping positions does the pillow accommodate best?

The cervical contour and adjustable loft make this pillow adaptable for side, back, and stomach sleepers. By changing the middle layer or using the higher or lower contour, you can fine-tune support to reduce awkward neck angles and distribute pressure more evenly.

• Side sleepers: use higher contour for shoulder spacing and neck alignment.
• Back sleepers: lower contour helps maintain a neutral head position.
• Stomach sleepers: remove the center layer for a shallower profile.
• Queen size fits most adults and works well with standard pillowcases.

How do I care for and maintain the pillow?

The outer cover is designed to be machine washable, making routine cleaning straightforward. The foam core should be kept dry and aired occasionally; avoid machine washing the foam to preserve its structure and longevity.

• Machine wash and air-dry the breathable pillow cover.
• Spot clean foam and air out in a shaded, ventilated area.
• Reassemble layers to preferred configuration after cleaning.
• Rotate pillow occasionally to maintain even wear.

Who is this for: The UTTU Cervical Pillow is suited for sleepers seeking a customizable neck support solution that performs steadily across temperatures. It fits people who change sleep positions during the night, those who prefer a contoured cervical design, and anyone wanting a washable cover and modular loft so they can tailor firmness and height without buying multiple pillows.
