Utopia Bedding Full Size Waterproof Mattress Protector — Fits up to 15" Deep, Terry-Top, TPU Backing

Utopia Bedding’s Waterproof Full Size Mattress Protector is a fitted, terry-top cover that shields a full mattress (54" x 75") up to 15" deep from spills, stains and everyday wear while keeping the sleeping surface soft and breathable.

This full-size mattress protector pairs a plush, absorbent terry surface with a TPU waterproof backing and an all-around elastic skirt designed to fit mattresses up to 15 inches deep. The protector uses professional hems and reinforced seams to reduce leak-through and stays securely in place on standard full (54 x 75 inch) mattresses. It’s machine-washable for routine care and offers a practical way to extend mattress life without changing the feel of your bed.

How does this protector keep liquids from reaching the mattress?

The protector combines a tightly knit terry top with a waterproof thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) backing and sealed seam construction to block moisture. Liquids bead on the surface and are prevented from passing through the backing layer.

• TPU waterproof backing resists leakage into the mattress
• High-quality seam construction reduces seepage along edges
• Absorbent terry surface captures spills quickly to prevent pooling
• Machine-washable finish restores protection after cleaning

Will it change how my mattress feels to sleep on?

Designed as a fitted protector, the terry top preserves the mattress’s original comfort while adding a soft, towel-like layer. The thin TPU backing is engineered to be quiet and flexible so it won’t create a stiff or crinkly sleeping surface.

• Soft blended terry top maintains the mattress’s natural feel
• Thin backing keeps the protector quiet during movement
• Fitted elastic skirt holds the protector flat without bunching
• Breathable construction for routine bedroom use

How do I fit and care for the 15" deep-pocket protector?

The protector slips on like a fitted sheet and stretches over mattress depths up to 15 inches with its all-around elastic band. Care instructions are simple to follow to keep the protector effective and long-lasting.

• Fits full mattresses 54" x 75" x up to 15" deep
• All-around elastic band ensures a snug fit without shifting
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle; tumble dry low
• Do not bleach, iron, or use fabric softener to preserve waterproofing

What practical benefits does this protector offer beyond waterproofing?

Beyond preventing spills and stains, the protector helps keep dust, sweat, and everyday allergens off the mattress surface, prolonging mattress appearance and hygiene. It’s a straightforward, low-maintenance accessory for homes, rentals, guest rooms and dorms.

• Protects against stains, body fluids and accidental spills
• Reduces cleaning frequency for the mattress itself
• Ideal for households with kids, pets, or frequent guests
• Reinforced hems and seams improve durability and fit
