Utopia Bedding California King Mattress Pad Topper — 16" Deep Pocket Quilted Microfiber Plush

This breathable mattress pad brings a quilted layer of fiberfill loft to your California King bed while keeping the original mattress feel intact. It slips on with an all-around elastic skirt for a snug fit on deeper mattresses and is machine washable for simple upkeep. Note: this pad provides surface protection and comfort but is not waterproof—use a dedicated waterproof protector for full liquid defense.

How will this mattress pad change the feel of my bed?

The Utopia Bedding pad adds a subtle cushioned layer that softens the sleeping surface and evens out minor pressure points without creating the sinking sensation of a thick topper. Its quilted construction distributes fiberfill for consistent loft across the mattress.

• Light cushioning that preserves core mattress support
• Quilted fiberfill for uniform comfort and breathability
• Suitable for sleepers who want added softness, not a new mattress feel

Will it fit my deep mattress and stay in place all night?

Yes—the pad is cut for California King mattresses (72 x 84 inches) and features an elastic skirt that accommodates mattresses up to 16 inches deep. The all-around elastic helps reduce shifting so the pad remains centered through regular use.

• Dimensions: 72 x 84 inches for California King beds
• Elastic skirt engineered for mattresses up to 16" deep
• Secure fit that minimizes bunching and movement

How should I care for the mattress pad to keep it lasting?

The pad is designed for easy home care: it’s machine washable and can be tumble dried with no heat to help maintain loft and shape. Avoid bleach and high heat drying to preserve the fabric and fiberfill longevity.

• Machine wash cold or warm on gentle cycle
• Tumble dry no heat or air dry to protect the fill
• Do not bleach; spot clean spills promptly

Is this pad a waterproof protector or only for comfort?

This product is intended primarily to enhance comfort and shield the mattress from light wear and allergens; it is not liquid-proof. For spill and moisture protection, combine this pad with a separate waterproof mattress protector designed to block fluids.

• Provides surface protection from everyday wear and dust
• Not rated as a waterproof barrier against spills
• Pair with a waterproof cover for full liquid protection

Who is this for: The Utopia Bedding California King mattress pad is ideal for sleepers who want an extra layer of soft, breathable cushioning on a deep mattress without changing the bed's overall support. It suits anyone seeking easy-care bedding that improves comfort and keeps a mattress cleaner from day-to-day use—perfect for guest rooms, master beds, and those who prefer lightweight, machine-washable mattress protection rather than heavy toppers.
