USA Supply Defense Dust Insecticide — 1 lb Moisture-Resistant, Long-Lasting Dust with Puffer & Gloves

Defense Dust Insecticide is a moisture-resistant, long-residual dust that delivers targeted, indoor/outdoor pest suppression for up to eight months when applied correctly.

Packaged as a 1 lb container with a precision puffer applicator and USA Supply Premium protective gloves, this dust formulation is engineered for accurate placement in cracks, voids, and hard-to-reach spaces. The moisture-resistant chemistry helps prevent clumping in damp environments such as crawl spaces or around plumbing, and its broad-spectrum activity treats a wide range of common structural pests.

How do I apply Defense Dust for the best results?

Apply the dust sparingly and directly to pest harborages using the included puffer for controlled, pinpoint delivery. Focus on voids, wall voids, beneath appliances, behind baseboards, and external perimeter cracks where insects travel or nest.

• Use the precision puffer for thin, even dust layers in cracks and crevices.
• Wear the supplied USA Supply gloves to avoid skin contact during application.
• Do not over-apply; a light dusting is more effective than heavy piling.
• Keep treated areas undisturbed to preserve residual protection up to eight months.

Can I use this dust in damp or food-handling areas?

Yes—Defense Dust’s moisture-resistant formula reduces clumping and maintains efficacy in humid or damp spaces like crawl spaces and around plumbing. For use in food-handling or food-preparation areas follow local regulations: apply in voids, cracks, and behind equipment, avoiding direct contamination of food or food-contact surfaces.

• Safe for targeted use in non-food-contact zones of commercial kitchens when applied as directed.
• Effective in basements, crawl spaces, and other moist environments due to reduced moisture uptake.
• Allow adequate drying time and avoid sweeping or disturbing treated zones to sustain residual activity.

Which pests does this product control and how long will it last?

Defense Dust provides broad-spectrum control against ants, cockroaches, silverfish, bed bugs, and other listed pests when placed where insects travel or hide. When left undisturbed in protected voids and cracks, the product can provide residual suppression for up to eight months.

• Targets common indoor pests including ants, roaches, silverfish, and bed bug harborage points.
• Residual protection up to eight months in undisturbed applications.
• Best performance achieved by precise application to nests, entry points, and voids.

What safety steps should I take during and after application?

Use the included USA Supply Protective Gloves to minimize direct exposure and read the product label for additional PPE and handling instructions. Keep pets and children away from treated areas until dust has settled and access points are sealed or marked.

• Wear provided gloves and consider eye protection and a dust mask for confined spaces.
• Store product out of reach of children and pets in original packaging.
• Follow disposal and reentry guidelines on the label for treated areas.
