upsimples 11x17 Picture Frames Set of 5 - Matte Black, Shatter-Resistant HD Front & Spring-Backings

A pack of five 11x17 black gallery frames from upsimples that hold 11x17 prints without mats or 9x15 photos with a mat, designed for safe homes and easy wall display.

These upsimples frames come as a coordinated set of five in matte-black finish sized for 11x17 artwork and photos. Each frame uses a lightweight but sturdy profile with a high-definition plastic front (shatter-resistant) and a reversible spring-action backing that makes swapping images quick. The set ships securely wrapped to prevent dents or scratches, and each opening is intentionally half an inch smaller than the picture to keep prints snugly in place.

How do these frames fit different photo sizes?

Each frame's visible opening is sized to hold 11x17 artwork without a mat; if you prefer a matted look, a 9x15 photo fits perfectly behind a standard mat. The slightly smaller opening edge keeps photos from slipping forward and makes placement consistent across the gallery wall.

• Fits 11x17 prints without a mat.
• Accommodates 9x15 photos when using a mat.
• Frame opening set 0.5 in smaller to secure prints.
• Uniform sizing keeps multi-frame layouts aligned.

Are these frames safe for homes with kids and pets?

Yes — the clear face is made from high-definition plastic rather than glass, so there's no sharp breakage risk. The backing and frame material remain lightweight to reduce impact force if dropped, and the corners are protected in transit to arrive intact.

• Shatter-resistant HD plastic front instead of glass.
• Light but firm frame material for easier handling.
• Careful packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Rounded edges reduce accidental bumps.

How do I hang and swap images in these frames?

Each frame uses a spring-action backing that lifts out easily for fast photo changes, then snaps back securely to hold the image. The hardware supports both horizontal and vertical hanging, so you can mix orientations across the gallery wall without extra tools.

• Spring-type backing for quick access and secure fit.
• Pre-drilled hanging points for horizontal or vertical display.
• Simple thumb tabs or clips for tool-free changes.
• Consistent depth for flush mounting in multiples.

What should I expect in terms of quality and packaging?

upsimples frames are packaged in protective layers and corner guards so the set arrives ready to install. The finish is a classic matte black that complements modern and traditional decor, and the materials are chosen to balance affordability with a finished look suitable for galleries, offices, or living rooms.

• Individually wrapped frames with reinforced corners.

• Consistent manufacturing for matching sets.
