UNAOIWN Portable AC Window Vent Kit 5.9" — Adjustable PVC Exhaust Panel, Washable Filter

UNAOIWN Portable AC Window Vent Kit is a modular 5.9" exhaust panel system that seals sliding windows and connects a portable air conditioner hose for efficient venting.

If you use a portable air conditioner in a bedroom, home office, or rental, this UNAOIWN window vent kit provides a flexible, reusable barrier that closes the gap around the exhaust hose. The kit includes four adjustable PVC panels, a 5.9" (150 mm) duck coupler to fit standard exhaust hoses, a washable filter, and the fasteners needed to assemble the window seal — it does not include the AC unit or the exhaust hose. Designed for both vertical and horizontal sliding windows, the pieces telescope together so you can size the seal to your opening and reduce hot air re-entry.

How do I install the UNAOIWN kit in different window types?

Installation requires no drilling or permanent changes. The panels slide and lock into one another, letting you create a short or long seal to match your window. Small adjustments take seconds, and the included coupler snaps onto most 5.9" exhaust hoses.

• Vertical or horizontal sliding windows supported — arrange panels as needed.
• Use 2, 3, or all 4 panels to fit openings from about 17" up to 65".
• Snap-in duck coupler accepts clockwise or counterclockwise hose ends.
• No tools required; twist or press to lock panels in place.

Will this stop hot air from coming back into the room?

The kit includes a 3.5-meter sealing strip that bridges gaps between sliding plates and the window frame. While the panels create the main barrier, the foam strip fills the inevitable seam where adjustable plates overlap to minimize drafts and heat transfer.

• 3.5 m foam sealing strip attaches along plate seams and window edges.
• Reduces inflow of warm outside air and limits conditioned air loss.
• Filter captures larger particles near the exhaust opening for cleaner airflow.
• PVC panels resist warping so the seal remains consistent over time.

What materials and durability can I expect from this window seal kit?

Panels are molded from rigid PVC selected for long-term shape retention and resistance to compression and aging. The coupler and fixings are built to take regular assembly and disassembly for seasonal storage, making the kit suitable for repeat use year after year.

• High-quality PVC resists extrusion, cracking, and UV aging.
• Easy-to-clean surfaces; wipe down before storage.
• Lightweight design for quick handling and repositioning.
• Secure locking geometry prevents panels from slipping once set.

How do I choose and combine panels to fit my specific window size?

Measure the open portion of the sliding window where the exhaust will pass through. Start with the minimum configuration and add panels until the set spans the window opening; panels interlock so you can fine-tune the final length for a snug fit.

• Minimum assembled length about 17 inches; expandable up to roughly 65 inches.
• Mix 2, 3 or 4 panels depending on the width or height of the opening.
• Trim the foam sealing strip if needed to match exact seam lengths.
• Check the 5.9" coupler fits your exhaust hose before finalizing placement.

Who this is for: The UNAOIWN Portable AC Window Vent Kit suits renters, apartment dwellers, and homeowners who need a removable, non-invasive way to vent a portable air conditioner through a sliding window. It’s also a good option for people who move seasonally or want a reusable solution that stores compactly. If you need a temporary, durable, and adjustable window seal to reduce drafts and route a 5.9" exhaust hose without modifying the window frame, this kit provides the panels, coupler, filter, and sealing strip to get the job done.
