Tuli's So Soft Heel Cups for Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain — Regular 1 Pair, Low-Profile Shock Absorption

If you spend long hours on your feet or are managing recurring heel soreness, these heel cups offer targeted cushioning that fits into most shoes. The design combines multi-layer shock absorption with a soft, moisture-wicking fabric to improve comfort during walking, standing, or light activity. They come as a single pair in the regular size and are intended to be worn inside properly fitting footwear for best stability and results.

How do these heel cups reduce heel pain?

The cups elevate the heel bone and concentrate cushioning where it’s needed most, dispersing impact forces that would otherwise travel through the foot. The multi-cell, multi-layer structure mimics natural shock absorption, so each step feels softer and less jarring.

• Elevates heel bone to alter pressure distribution
• Multi-layer design absorbs and disperses shock
• Soft lining reduces friction and irritation
• Low-profile backing keeps them comfortable in most shoes

Will they stay in place inside my shoes?

The heel cups are low-profile and designed to sit inside a shoe rather than stick to the foot, so a proper shoe fit is important for stability. They work best in snug, well-fitting footwear where the heel area holds the cup securely against the foot.

• Not adhesive—wear with shoes to keep cups in position
• Best in shoes with minimal heel room or secure heel counter
• May shift in oversized or loose-fitting footwear

How should I break them in for comfort?

Begin by wearing the heel cups for a few hours the first day and gradually increase wear time across several days until they feel normal. This progressive approach lets your feet adapt to the altered support and cushioning without sudden changes.

• Start with short wear periods (1–2 hours)
• Increase duration daily as comfort allows
• Use in both shoes and alternate as needed to avoid hotspots

What features make them comfortable for all-day use?

The cups combine a lightweight fabric lining with moisture-wicking properties and a contour that cradles the heel, minimizing rubbing and sweat. Their low profile fits easily in many shoe types so you can wear them with or without socks for flexible comfort.

• Moisture-wicking fabric lining for reduced clamminess
• Lightweight construction that won’t bulk up shoes
• Contoured shape reduces heel friction and irritation
