True Lemon lemon drink mix packets for water, 500-count bulk pack — zero calories, sugar free

If you like bright lemon flavor but want to skip squeezing fresh fruit or dealing with mess, True Lemon offers a portable alternative: small, shelf-stable crystallized lemon packets that dissolve in water, tea, and recipes. The product uses a patented cold-press and crystallization process to capture lemon oils and juice, providing consistent citrus taste without sugar, artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives, sodium, or gluten. Each packet is calibrated to match the flavor intensity of one lemon wedge, and two packets equal about one tablespoon of lemon juice—handy for mixing, finishing dishes, and flavoring beverages.

How do I use these packets in water and drinks?

Add one packet to an 8–16 oz glass of plain or sparkling water and stir until dissolved. For stronger citrus, add two packets or pair with ice. They also work well stirred into hot tea or iced beverages for consistent lemon flavor without dilution from fresh lemon juice.

• One packet = the taste of one lemon wedge.
• Two packets = approximately 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
• Dissolves quickly in cold or hot liquids; ideal for bottles and travel mugs.
• No refrigeration or squeezing required—convenient for on-the-go use.

Can I cook or bake with True Lemon crystals?

Yes—these crystallized lemon packets are designed for culinary use as well as beverages. Sprinkle directly onto cooked vegetables, seafood, or salads for a citrus finish, or dissolve packets into batters and dressings to add uniform lemon flavor without extra moisture from fresh juice.

• Use as a seasoning substitute for salt in some dishes to add brightness.
• Stir into sauces, marinades, and dressings in place of fresh lemon juice.
• Add to baked goods where a concentrated lemon note is desired.
• Portable packets make it easy to dose flavor at the table or in the kitchen.
