How does this bar satisfy sweet cravings without artificial ingredients?

The Cookies and Creamy flavor recreates cookie dough and chocolate notes using whole-food items and plant proteins rather than synthetic sweeteners or sugar alcohols. Texture and richness come from almonds and cassava, while pea protein adds the savory backbone that helps keep you full.

• Sweet flavor profile from natural ingredients, not sugar alcohols
• Almonds and cassava deliver chewiness and creamy mouthfeel
• Pea protein supplies 12g of plant-based protein per bar

Will this fit into a busy routine or workout plan?

Yes — each bar is portioned to be a quick, nutrient-forward option on the go. At 190 calories with 12g protein and 12g fiber, it can be used as a light breakfast, a pre- or post-exercise snack, or a more satisfying mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

• 12g protein supports muscle recovery and satiety
• 12g fiber contributes to longer-lasting fullness
• Single-serve 190-calorie portions for easy calorie control

Are the ingredients clean and allergy-considerate?

TRUBAR focuses on ingredient transparency and plant-based purity, avoiding common allergens like dairy and soy while also excluding gluten and sugar alcohols. The ingredient list emphasizes items you can pronounce, making it easier to know what you’re eating.

• Vegan, dairy-free, and soy-free formulation
• Gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients
• No sugar alcohols; simple ingredient statements for clarity

How does this flavor compare to other TRUBAR options?

Cookies and Creamy sits on the dessert end of the TRUBAR lineup, pairing cookie-dough richness with chocolatey accents for a nostalgic treat. If you like sweet, bakery-inspired bars, this one leans more indulgent than the nut-forward or fruity varieties in the collection.

• More dessert-like than the brand’s nutty or citrus flavors
• Designed to satisfy sugar cravings while remaining plant-based
• Pairs well with coffee, almond milk, or as an after-dinner nibble

Who is this for? TRUBAR Sweet & Dreamy Cookies and Creamy is ideal for people who want a pleasantly indulgent snack without animal products or sugar alcohols: busy professionals, active women and men, parents packing school lunches, and anyone exploring plant-based or gluten-free options. It’s also a good fit for shoppers who prioritize recognizable ingredient lists and crave dessert-like flavors without sacrificing protein and fiber.
