Traeger Signature Blend Wood Pellets 18 lb - All-Natural Hickory Maple Cherry for Consistent Smoke & Low Ash

Traeger Signature Blend wood pellets are a ready-to-use, all-natural 18 lb hardwood mix (hickory, maple, cherry) formulated to produce consistent smoke, balanced flavor, and a clean burn for pellet grills and smokers.

These premium pellets were engineered to deliver dependable heat and rich, layered smoke that complements everything from steaks and ribs to fish, vegetables, and baked goods. Made in U.S. mills without binders and with low ash content, the Signature Blend emphasizes quality raw hardwood and optimized moisture for steady combustion and minimal cleanup.

What flavor profile will these pellets add to my food?

The Signature Blend pairs the bold, savory notes of hickory with the subtle sweetness of maple and the fruity, aromatic touch of cherry. Together they create a well-rounded smoke that enhances meats without overpowering delicate ingredients like fish or vegetables. Expect a versatile, slightly sweet but robust aroma that improves with longer smoke times.

• Hickory: deep, classic BBQ smoke for beef and pork
• Maple: mild sweetness for poultry and baked items
• Cherry: fruity, aromatic lift for fish and vegetables
• Blend: balanced smoke suitable for a wide variety of recipes

How do these pellets perform in a pellet grill or smoker?

Traeger developed these pellets for a steady, predictable burn that produces even temperatures and consistent smoke output. The pellets are compacted to an engineered density and moisture content that helps them feed smoothly through augers and reduces flare-ups. Low ash formulation means fewer interruptions for cleaning and more time cooking.

• Consistent burn-to-smoke ratio for stable temps
• Low ash reduces maintenance between cooks
• No binders for pure hardwood smoke quality
• Works reliably in most pellet grill models and smokers

How should I use and store the 18 lb bag for best results?

Keep the pellets dry and in a cool area to preserve burn performance and prevent mold. For frequent grilling, store the bag near your grill but protected from rain; for long-term storage, use an airtight container or reseal the bag in a dry place. When loading, follow your grill manufacturer’s instructions and avoid overfilling the hopper.

• Store off the ground in a dry, ventilated area
• Use within a season for optimal flavor and burn
• Keep the hopper closed to prevent moisture uptake
• Follow grill manual for correct loading amounts

Which foods benefit most from the Signature Blend?

This three-wood mix is intentionally versatile: it adds classic BBQ weight to beef and pork, gentle sweetness to poultry and baked goods, and a fruity note that lifts seafood and vegetables. It’s an all-purpose pellet for cooks who want one reliable blend instead of switching woods for every recipe. Pair it with dishes when you want nuanced smoke without an overly single-note flavor.

• Beef and pork: pronounced smoke and depth
• Poultry and baked items: balanced, mild sweetness
• Seafood and veggies: subtle, fruity aromatics
• Everyday grilling: one bag covers many dishes

Who is this for: Traeger Signature Blend 18 lb pellets suit backyard grillers, weekend smokers, and serious home chefs who want a single, high-quality hardwood mix that performs reliably. If you value consistent temperature control, easy cleanup, and a flexible smoke profile that complements a wide range of recipes, this blend is a practical go-to fuel for pellet grills and smokers.
