TopDirect Real Hair Mannequin Head for Cosmetology — 18" Dark Brown Human Hair with Clamp & Starter Tools

A professional-grade cosmetology mannequin head with 100% real dark brown human hair for cutting, coloring, styling, and hands-on salon training.

This TopDirect mannequin head combines a lifelike vinyl face and silicone scalp with 18 inches of natural human hair to recreate authentic salon conditions. Sized and weighted for tabletop mounting, it arrives with a clamp holder and starter tools so students and stylists can practice common salon services at home, in the classroom, or behind the chair.

How realistic is the hair and head for professional practice?

The hair on this model is sourced as 100% human hair, offering the texture and response of natural hair when cut, curled, straightened, or colored. The vinyl face and foam-filled interior provide a stable yet maneuverable base that mimics head contours for styling and sectioning.

• 18 inches measured from forehead to hair tip, with individual strands about 20 inches long
• Silicone/vinyl scalp for secure pinning and realistic parting
• Foam-filled interior for firm but forgiving tension during styling

Can I color, heat-style, or chemically treat the hair?

Yes — because the hair is human, it accepts many salon processes with appropriate precautions. Use professional-grade dyes, heat tools at recommended temperatures, and perform strand tests to determine processing times and product compatibility.

• Suitable for washing, conditioning, curling, and straightening
• Accepts coloring and light chemical treatments when tested first
• Recommended to use heat protectant and controlled temperature settings

What mounting and accessories come with the mannequin?

The package includes a sturdy table clamp that secures the mannequin to a countertop or workbench, making it convenient for repeated practice sessions. A small kit of styling tools is included to get beginners started and to simulate a real workstation setup.

• Table clamp for desktop mounting and stable styling
• Starter styling tools included in the box
• Compact color box for storage or gifting

How durable is the head for repeated classroom or salon use?

Constructed with a vinyl face and silicone scalp over a foam core, the head is designed to tolerate routine combing, pinning, and thermal styling. With proper care — gentle products, dry storage, and occasional deep-conditioning — the hair maintains integrity through many practice sessions.

• Vinyl and silicone materials resist tearing from clips and pins
• Human hair responds to conditioning to restore manageability
• Store on a stand or in the box to prevent tangling between uses

Who this is for: ideal for cosmetology students, trainee stylists, barbers refining cutting and clipper skills, and educators building hands-on lesson plans. It also suits hobbyists and gift-givers seeking a realistic practice head with professional features, complete with clamp and tools for immediate use.
