How will these paints perform on different surfaces?

TMOL acrylics are formulated to adhere to a wide range of materials without special primers in many cases. They lay down evenly on canvas, wood, ceramic, and fabric, and can be sealed for extra durability when used on frequently handled items.

• Smooth application on canvas and textured supports
• Good adhesion to wood, ceramics, and painted glass
• Works on fabric for decorative projects (use a fabric medium or heat-set for washability)
• Can be sealed with varnish for outdoor or heavy-use items

What can I expect from the colors and finish?

The set contains 24 carefully selected colors that mix cleanly into secondary and custom shades. Pigments are designed to remain bright after drying, giving consistent coverage for layering and glazing techniques.

• Highly pigmented for vivid, lasting hues
• Fast-drying formula allows quick layering
• Opaque and transparent options to support glazing and highlights
• Fade-resistant tones suited for display pieces

Are these paints safe and easy to clean up?

Yes — TMOL paints meet ASTM D4236 safety standards and are non-toxic for typical craft and educational use. Cleanup is simple: wet brushes, soap, and water remove uncured acrylic paint effectively, making post-session tidying straightforward.

• Non-toxic, ASTM-compliant formula
• Quick water cleanup before drying
• Minimal odor compared with solvent-based paints
• Store unopened bottles sealed to preserve consistency

What tools are included and how do they help beginners?

The kit includes a balanced set of 12 brushes selected to cover essential strokes and techniques. From fine liners for detail to flat and filbert shapes for broad coverage, these brushes help newcomers learn control and create a variety of marks.

• Fine brushes for detail and line work
• Medium and large flats for blocking in color
