THERMOS FUNTAINER Kids Water Bottle with Straw, 12oz Cool Caticorns — Vacuum-Insulated, Leak-Resistant

The THERMOS FUNTAINER 12oz Cool Caticorns is a vacuum-insulated stainless-steel kids’ water bottle that keeps drinks cold up to 12 hours and includes a hygienic pop-up straw and carry handle.

Lightweight, durable and sized for small hands and backpack pockets, this FunTainer model blends Thermos’ long-standing insulation technology with a kid-friendly push-button lid and removable silicone straw. The 12-ounce capacity is intended for everyday school use, sports practice and travel, while the stainless-steel body resists dents and the sweat-proof exterior stays comfortable to hold. BPA-free materials and a dishwasher-safe design make it practical for families who want a reusable bottle that reduces single-use plastic waste.

How long will beverages stay cold in the Cool Caticorns bottle?

The double-wall vacuum insulation preserves cold drinks for up to 12 hours under normal conditions. This means chilled water or juice stays refreshingly cool through a school day or an afternoon at the park, though results vary with ambient temperature and how often the lid is opened.

• Cold retention: up to 12 hours with vacuum insulation
• Not intended for hot liquids — product is designed for cold beverages only
• Performance best when pre-chilled and kept upright between use

Is the bottle easy for kids to use and carry?

Yes — the bottle features a one-touch push-button lid that opens the pop-up straw, plus an integrated carry handle with a soft-touch grip sized for small hands. The compact 12oz form fits most backpack side pockets and standard vehicle cup holders so children can take it to class, practice or on trips without hassle.

• Push-button lid for quick, single-handed access
• Soft-touch carry handle sized for little hands
• Compact profile fits backpacks and cup holders

How easy is it to clean and maintain the FunTainer?

The silicone straw is removable and the pop-up lid includes a hygienic cover, simplifying regular cleaning. While the bottle is top-rack dishwasher safe, Thermos recommends hand washing for longer life; disassemble the straw and lid components to clean crevices thoroughly.

• Removable silicone straw for full access during cleaning
• Hygienic lid cover to keep the straw protected when closed
• Dishwasher-safe on top rack, hand washing recommended

Will this bottle stand up to everyday kid use?

Built from 18/8 stainless steel with double-wall construction, the FunTainer is designed to handle drops and daily wear better than single-use bottles. Its sweat-proof exterior prevents condensation, and the leak-resistant design helps avoid spills when the lid is fully closed.

• Durable 18/8 stainless-steel body resists dents and dings
• Sweat-proof exterior keeps bags and hands dry
• Leak-resistant when lid is securely closed
