Thermacell Fuel-ZoneGuard Butane Refills 4-Pack — 48 Hr (4×12hr) Reliable Hands-Free Mosquito Protection

Bring dependable, hands-free mosquito protection to your outdoor moments with Thermacell's Fuel-ZoneGuard butane refills. Designed specifically for Fuel-ZoneGuard repellers (excluding the Backpacker model), these genuine Thermacell cartridges supply the fuel your unit needs to heat repellent mats and create an effective perimeter against mosquitoes. Because the refills are made for Thermacell systems, you get consistent performance without spraying repellents on skin, without smoke, and without open flames.

How long will a single refill keep mosquitoes away?

Each butane cartridge delivers about 12 hours of continuous run time, so the four-pack provides roughly 48 hours of usage when used as directed. Performance assumes the repeller is started and allowed to reach full operating temperature.

• One cartridge ≈ 12 hours of continuous operation
• Four cartridges included = up to 48 total hours
• Full protection appears within ~15 minutes of startup

Which Thermacell models are compatible with these refills?

These butane cartridges are compatible with all Thermacell Fuel-ZoneGuard style repellers except for the Backpacker model. They are Genuine Thermacell refills formulated to work with the heating system in Fuel-ZoneGuard units for reliable performance.

• Works with Fuel-ZoneGuard repellers
• Not compatible with Backpacker repeller
• Genuine Thermacell parts for predictable results

What is the protection area and how is it delivered?

When the repeller is operating with a Thermacell refill and repellent mat, it generates a scent-free, 15-foot-radius protection zone against mosquitoes by dispersing an EPA-registered active ingredient. The system heats the mat so the active repellent releases steadily without sprays or applying anything to skin.

• Approximate coverage: 15-foot radius around the unit
• Scent-free output—no smoke or open flame required
• Repellent is applied to a replaceable mat, not your skin

How easy is it to install and use a refill?

Installation is straightforward: slide the repellent mat under the device grill, twist the butane cartridge into the fuel chamber, and click the unit on. Heating begins immediately and reaches optimal repellent release in about 15 minutes; switch the repeller off when finished to conserve fuel.

• Slide mat under grill, twist cartridge into place
• Click 2–3 times to start; switch off when done
• No messy cleanup of trapped insects required

Who is this for: These Thermacell Fuel-ZoneGuard butane refills are intended for outdoor enthusiasts who want a convenient, hands-free way to reduce mosquito encounters—people who entertain on patios, camp, picnic, or simply relax outdoors. They suit owners of compatible Thermacell Fuel-ZoneGuard repellers who prefer a refill system over sprays or topical repellents and appreciate a product engineered to match their device for consistent, dependable performance.
