The Cookie Countess Inc Countess Flour Funnel™ stand mixer attachment — White, dishwasher-safe, secure-fit for dry & liquid ingred

The Countess Flour Funnel™ is a white stand-mixer attachment that channels dry or liquid ingredients directly into your mixing bowl so you can add ingredients cleanly, accurately, and while the mixer runs.

Designed and manufactured by The Cookie Countess in Rhode Island, the Countess Flour Funnel™ fastens to a mixer's auxiliary port and guides ingredients into the bowl without dusting your countertop or interrupting the mix. Injection-molded from food-safe plastic, it stays secure during mixing and allows the mixer head to be lifted or tilted without removal. It's dishwasher-safe on the top rack and has been tested with common baking ingredients like flour, sugars, eggs, and liquids.

How does the Countess Flour Funnel™ make adding flour less messy?

The funnel creates a controlled chute from the auxiliary port into the bowl so powdered ingredients fall where they belong instead of clouding the kitchen. Because it attaches firmly, you can add ingredients while the mixer is running for smoother incorporation and fewer airborne particles.

• Directs flour and powdered sugar straight into the bowl
• Reduces countertop and air dusting during incorporation
• Allows continuous mixing while adding ingredients

Will the attachment stay in place while I lift or tilt the mixer head?

Yes — the Countess Flour Funnel™ is designed to remain attached when you lift or tilt the mixer head, so you don’t need to remove it mid-recipe. Its secure fit minimizes wobble and keeps the ingredient path intact as you access the bowl or change attachments.

• Clips onto auxiliary port for a snug hold
• Compatible with tilt-up motion without detachment
• Maintains ingredient flow when adjusting the bowl

What ingredients can I use with this mixer funnel?

The funnel is built to handle a variety of dry and liquid ingredients commonly used in baking and cooking. The Cookie Countess tested it with wheat flour, granulated and confectioners’ sugar, eggs, water, and flavoring liquids, so it suits most everyday kitchen tasks.

• Works with flour, sugar, confectioners’ sugar
• Suitable for eggs, water, and liquid flavorings
• Not intended as an airtight seal for pressurized liquids

How do I clean and care for this accessory?

The Countess Flour Funnel™ is top-rack dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and is molded from smooth, food-contact-safe plastic that rinses clean. For stubborn residues, a short soak or a soft brush will remove stuck powder without scratching the surface.

• Top-rack dishwasher safe for convenience
• Injection-molded smooth surface resists sticking
