Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Pitted Medjool Dates, 1.5 lb — Soft Chewy Texture, Caramel Sweetness

These Medjool dates are organically grown in California's Coachella Valley and come pitted for immediate use. Their tender, chewy texture and deep, caramel-like flavor make them a versatile pantry staple for smoothies, energy bites, sauces, or simply enjoying on their own. The product is certified organic, kosher, gluten-free, and free from glyphosate residues, offering a convenient source of plant-based natural sweetness.

What does "pitted" Medjool dates mean for everyday use?

Having the pits removed means you can use these dates straight from the bag without extra prep. That saves time when making recipes or grabbing a quick snack, and reduces the risk of biting down on a hidden pit.

• Ready-to-eat: no pitting or cutting required.
• Safe for blending into smoothies and sauces.
• Ideal for recipes that require consistent texture, like energy bars.

How do these dates fit into cooking and baking?

Medjool dates act as a natural sweetener and binder, adding moisture and depth of flavor to many preparations. Use them to replace refined sugar in recipes or to create paste-like forms for spreads and dressings.

• Blend into a paste for vegan desserts or frosting alternatives.
• Chop and fold into baked goods for chewy pockets of sweetness.
• Soak briefly to soften further for smoothing into sauces or fillings.

What nutritional and dietary attributes should I expect?

These Medjool dates provide fiber and essential minerals while being free from common allergens like gluten. They are plant-based and compatible with vegan and paleo-style eating patterns as a natural energy source.

• Source of dietary fiber, potassium, and magnesium.
• Certified organic, gluten-free, and kosher.
• Vegan- and paleo-friendly; no added sugars or syrups.

How should I store them and what is the shelf life?

Store unopened in a cool, dry place; refrigerating after opening extends freshness and keeps dates soft and flavorful. Proper storage will maintain quality for several months—refrigeration can extend this even longer.

• Keep sealed in original bag or airtight container.
• Room temperature for short-term use; refrigerate for longer storage.
• Freeze portions for extended shelf life and thaw as needed.
