TaylorMade TP5 PIX 2024 Dozen Golf Balls — Soft 5‑Layer with ClearPath Alignment

The 2024 TP5 PIX by TaylorMade combines a low 53 compression rating with a five-layer progressive construction and a redesigned core to deliver better feel, controlled spin separation, and easier alignment from tee to green. Built for players who want a tour-caliber ball with softer feel and reliable feedback, the TP5 PIX adds visual cues to help you set up and track putts and shots more confidently.

How does the TP5 PIX improve feel and spin on short shots?

The TP5 PIX uses TaylorMade’s softest five-layer construction and a 53 compression core to enhance greenside bite and tactile feedback. Its multi-layer design separates spin characteristics so wedges and short irons produce more spin without compromising long-game control.

• Soft 53 compression core for enhanced feel around the green
• Five-layer progressive structure increases spin on short shots
• Outer layer formulated to amplify wedge and chip control

Will this ball still perform off the tee and with long irons?

Yes. The TP5 PIX’s layered speed gradient is tuned to promote lower spin with drivers and long irons while maintaining distance. A new Speed Wrap Core design also helps maintain ball speed and produces a slightly softer sound at impact.

• Progressive layers reduce driver/long-iron spin for more distance
• Speed Wrap Core encourages consistent speed with a softer impact note
• Five-layer construction balances distance and control across clubs

What is ClearPath Alignment™ and how does it help my putting?

ClearPath Alignment™ is a longer center line plus additional color contrast printed on the ball to make alignment easier. The enhanced visual cue helps you set up cleaner putts and gives clearer feedback on your stroke and roll after impact.

• Extended center line aids accurate aiming at the hole
• High-contrast markings improve sightlines on the green
• Visual feedback helps you evaluate roll and misalignment quickly

How durable and consistent are these balls through a round?

The TP5 PIX is built for repeated performance across 18 holes thanks to its durable outer layer and precise multi-layer build. The construction maintains consistent compression and spin responses even after multiple shots, keeping feel and alignment features reliable throughout play.

• Durable cover resists scuffs while preserving spin performance
• Layered design maintains compression consistency round after round
• ClearPath markings remain visible for consistent alignment checks
