TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls — 12-Count White, REACT Speed Core for Longer Carry and Softer Feel

TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls are a 12-count, two-layer ball engineered for high-speed launches and longer carries using a REACT Speed Core and an Extended Flight Dimple Pattern.

These white Distance+ balls combine a speed-focused inner core with a durable ionomer cover to prioritize carry and roll on full shots while keeping a softer feel around the green. The design balances mid-to-high spin with a mid launch, and a visible Plus Alignment Aid helps you set up putts and tee shots with greater consistency. Built for value-minded players who want measurable distance without sacrificing basic feel, these balls suit a wide range of handicaps and playing styles.

How do these balls deliver more distance off the tee?

The REACT Speed Core is formulated to compress quickly at impact, converting energy into ball speed for longer carries. Paired with the Extended Flight Dimple Pattern, the ball slices through turbulence and maintains lift longer for improved total distance. This combination emphasizes speed on full swings without dramatically increasing spin off the driver.

• REACT Speed Core for rapid energy transfer and higher ball speed
• Extended Flight dimples reduce drag and stabilize trajectory
• Two-layer construction optimized for drive distance and roll-out

What feel and control can I expect around the green?

While Distance+ prioritizes speed, the ionomer cover and two-layer build offer a softer, more responsive feel than basic distance balls. You’ll notice usable spin on short irons and wedges for moderate stopping power on approach shots. The ball still leans toward lower spin on long shots, so expect more roll on drives but controllable spin on scoring shots.

• Ionomer cover provides a balance of durability and green-side feel
• Mid/high spin characteristics for workable approach shots
• Consistent compression for predictable short-game feedback

Will the alignment aid improve my putting and setup?

The Plus Alignment Aid is a simple visual guide printed on the ball to help you square the face of the putter or aim down the fairway. It speeds pre-shot routine and reduces alignment errors, especially on short putts or precision tee shots. It’s a helpful tool if you prefer visual cues while setting aim under pressure.

• Plus Alignment Aid for faster, consistent setup
• Easy-to-see marking on a white ball for most greens and fairways
• Supports repeatable address and improved confidence on short shots

How durable are these balls during regular play?

The ionomer cover and resilient two-layer core give Distance+ solid scuff resistance and long-lasting performance through multiple rounds. They’re built to withstand clubface strikes and rough turf without rapid loss of key performance traits. For players who value longevity alongside distance, these balls offer strong everyday durability.

• Ionomer exterior resists cuts and abrasions on turf contact
• Two-layer configuration retains speed and shape after repeated use
• Consistent flight and feel across multiple rounds

Who is this for? TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls are aimed at recreational and improving golfers who want an affordable ball that maximizes carry and roll without sacrificing basic feel near the green. If you prioritize longer drives, a dependable alignment mark, and robust durability for everyday play, these 12-count balls offer a performance-forward, value-conscious option. They work well for both men and women players across a range of handicaps, especially those seeking measurable distance gains from their current ball choice.
